Falling Back in Love.

The Date.

Hanna's POV.

My mind keeps replaying last nights conversation between Caleb and me.  How he kissed me back and how he held me in his arms.  We ended up eating the delicious cookies Caleb had made while talking about anything and everything.  What surprised me the most is, that there wasn't any tension between us.  We just talked like nothing happened.  After dessert, I had to leave because I had work in the morning.  We hugged and then I went home.

Right now I am at work, serving costumers.

"Hi, I'm Hanna and I'll be your server for the day.  How's your day gong so far?"  I ask with a smile to a table where there sat two little girls and their mother and father.

"Hi.  Our day is going very good so far.  How is your day so far?"  The lady replies back with a smile.

"My day is going great, thanks for asking.  Can I start you guys off with a drink?"  I ask, getting my pen out with my notebook.

"Yeah.  We'll have two waters and two orange juice please."  They request.

"Of course.  I'll be back with your drinks."  I say as I start to walk away.

I walk to the counters with the barstool and go behind it.  I get four cups and fill two with water and the other two with orange juice.  I put the filled cups on the tray and carry the tray to the table with the family.

"Here you go.  I have two orange juice for the cuties.  And I have two waters for you guys."  I put the drinks in front of them and smile as I walk away.

Two hours later...

"Hanna!  There's someone on the phone for you."  Shouts Vicky, who is in the back.

I walk to the back of the counters where sat Vicky with the phone in her hand.

"Who is it?"  I ask.

She shrugs her shoulders and handed me the phone.  I took the phone from her hand with a confused expression on my face.

"Hanna speaking."

"Hey Hanna.  It's Caleb."

"Hi Caleb.  What's up?"

I see Vicky get up and walk away to give me more privacy.

"Nothing much.  Just planning a date for a very special girl."

"Oh really?"

"Mhm.  What time does your shift end?"

"At 3:30, so about two more hours."

"Okay.  Be ready at 6:00, alright?"

"Okay Caleb."

"Bye Han, I'll see you tonight."

"Bye Caleb."  I hang up the phone and put it back on the table.

I walk back to the front of the counters to find Vicky and Mike talking.

"Hey Han.  Who were you talking to?"  Vicky asks as I approach the their conversation.

"Oh just Caleb."  I say while trying to hold back the smile that was begging to be placed on my face.

"Wait Caleb?  As in the Caleb that kissed you last night?"  Vicky asks, already knowing the answer.

"Maybe..... Okay yes it's the Caleb that kissed me last night."  I said, putting the smile on my face.

Vicky squeals and does a mini happy dance.  "I knew it!  What did he say?"  Vicky asks with a wide grin on her face.

"Wait.  Is Caleb your boyfriend?"  Mike asks confused.
