Ever wanted to get lost just to lose yourself, even if it was temporary?
Just to numb the aching pain?
Just to forget for a while?
Damien was doing just that. He never was much of a drinker, but at that moment he was losing himself in a cup of vodka. Surrogating it for sex. It wasn't as satisfying, but it helped nonetheless.
He chugged down a mouth full, getting the satisfaction he wanted. But what happened when the liquor wore down?
What happened when the unforgettable memories rushed back quicker than an unwarned hurricane?
He rolled the question off his shoulders, taking another mouth full as his insides burned deep within. He took another and another until he was done with the third cup.
He stumbled out the bar, his eyes immediately dropping on a woman who was ogling him. Even the distance apart couldn't hide her talking eyes.
Her long dress swayed in perfect harmony with the breezy wind, hugging her curves in all the right ways.
He let out a long, loud whistle as he stared at her with gallantry.
Women, he shivered in pleasure. Can't live without them.
He found a woman that had the ability to talk with their eyes powerful. They had the power to drag you to your knees with a simple glance alone.
He didn't meet many women that can, but Lavender was amongst the powerful. Most times before she spoke with that tasty mouth of hers, her eyes would beat her mouth to it.
Whenever she was being a tease, her accent became more prominent and her eyes--Lord, her eyes. That was when he would shut his eyes tightly, afraid to look her in the eye. If he looked her in the eyes in those certain moments, he would do things to her.
Things that he wasn't allowed to do because of a dumb game. Things she wasn't ready for but whenever she decides to give him permission, he would take her within a heartbeat. And he was certain she would, for he had his ways.
But for now, he would do anything that woman across the road asked of him, her eyes already begging.
Crushing his empty red cup with a howl, Damien made his way to the woman who could say baby-would-you-come-my-way with her eyes.
He stood in front of her, wondering what she was going to ask this time. Her eyes silently danced across his lip, and he greedily obliged.
Damien shoved his tongue in her mouth with disappointment. She looked better than she tasted, her kiss nothing compared to Lavender's.
Lavender's kisses could make a man think, say, and do things he wasn't supposed to do.
He kissed the woman harder, pressing his two weeks, four days, thirty minutes, and five seconds urge on her until he could get some sort of relief from her.
They kissed all the way to his car and into his back seat. Damien quickly unbuckled his belt whilst kissing her all over.
Damien's movement was quick and eager as he loosened her bra with skill. He only wanted to get rid of that pain that was eating up his insides slowly. Sex wasn't the solution for everything, but the high that came from it was worth it. It made it easier to forget his scars. His father. His pathetic cry for help.
Sex could beat liquor anytime. Anyday.
He unzipped his pants, and pulled out his groin, fiddling his tongue with hers. His hands roughly fondled sexually on her thighs, traveling up leisurely to that wet spot he dearly loved. That spot that God gave to women to satisfy men like him.
She tried to remove his jacket, but he pushed her hands over her head.
"Baby?" she moaned, talking for the first time. Her voice was soft and sweet. It was nothing like Lavender's raspy voice, yet he'd rather listen to Lavender all day.
Damien stopped to look at her with stone glass eyes. Everything in him went dead. "Don't call me that."
He pushed her away, zipping his pants in annoyance. He was more annoyed that she ruined the moment than the fact that he almost lost the game for a moment of pleasure.
"Fuck."
"B-but, I don't know your name."
"That's not important. Let's just fuck and go."
"I can't have sex with someone without knowing their name."
"Well, that should've been the first thing to ask. Isn't that right?"
She was beautiful with short brown hair and soft dark skin. Her flirtatious eyes could make a man lust with just one look. Her lips were plump. She was almost perfect, but that's the thing, nobody's perfect.
He tilted his head to the side to look at her, but she quickly shifted to her side avoiding eye contact.
"I'm sorry. This was a mistake and out of character for me. Three weeks ago was the first contact I've ever had with a man."
"That explains your kisses," he muttered. "What happened?"
It wasn't his business, but he wanted to know why she sounded so remorseful. He gave his virginity away simply to get rid of it, but women nowadays didn't care much either. He lost his virginity when he was thirteen and ever since sex was as important as breathing.
Her shoulders shook and he could've sworn she was laughing, but the sound of her sniffing gave him a hint.
"I gave some random guy my virginity. I caught my boyfriend cheating on me and went to a club for the first time to get drunk, to numb the pain, yanno?"
I know alright.
"I met this gorgeous man with tongue sweeter than honey. We talked a little and kissed a lot, and then the next thing I remembered was waking up in the morning in some strange room by myself and naked."
"Do you remember how the man looked?"
"Not really, the image of him is still hazy in my head. But I remember his name. Shavon, that's his name."
That fucker, Damien inwardly smirked. He made a mental note to give Shavon a pat on the back for finding one of the rare ones and a slap for not warning the woman.
However, the next eleven words caused his breath to get stuck in his windpipe.
"The worst part is that I'm pregnant for that handsome bastard."
