Zeke knocks on the door to Four's apartment. He knocks three more times before Four opens the damn thing. "Hello. What the hell were you doing?"
"Talking. What do you need?"
"The girls wanted to meet us by the Chasm in a few minutes. You and Tris better hurry up and get your asses down there."
"Alright. We'll be there in a few minutes. See you then." Four shuts the door, and Zeke runs back to the Chasm.
"Tris, wake up." Four shakes her shoulder gently. Tris moans and opens her eyes. He smiles down at her and kisses her lips lightly.
"Why do I have to wake up?" She whines. "I was comfortable."
"Ashlyn and the girls are almost done. We need to meet them by the Chasm."
"Fine. If they insist..." She climbs out of his bed and fixes her hair. "Anything you wanna take with you?" He grabs his duffle bag and starts throwing some clothes into it.
"That's about it." He looks at his wall, the one with the words Fear God Alone on it. Tris wraps her arms around him.
"What about the blue statue?" she asks. "In your Abnegation home?"
"Why would I want that?" He doesn't look at her.
"Your first act of defiance. Remember?" Now he does look at her, and he notices that she'd had a duffle bag slung over her shoulder too. She's holding the glass statue in her hands. "I brought it when we went outside the Fence. They let me keep it. I brought it in case you wanted it."
Four smiles. "You keep it. That way you have something of mine." He slides his arm around her waist and kisses the top of her head.
She looks up at him and smiles back. "Let's go. Don't wanna keep them waiting."
