I hated sitting at a table with Darla, watching them. It was like being on the outside looking in and he was shuting me out again. After years of sticking by his side and helping him pick up the pieces of a broken puzzle. I left everything being for him!

Lucas glorified her like she was the cure for cancer, or a common cold. He hasn't even known her for twenty minutes and treated her with so much authority and significance! I just don't understand how you can pick a random girl off of the street and make her have so much value! Jessa always looked lost and scared like a stray dog and yet, Daniel treated her like she was fragile. He doesn't even know her!

I look at the way he looks at her, he loves her. I know it because it's the same way he looked at Kendra, back when We were all in high school. That's how I know Jessa is going to hurt him, she doesn't even care about him!

Look at them all clapping, she's not worth it, she's nothing! A nobody! "Fiona, everything's going according to plan!" Darla's enthusiasm sickened me.

I remember back when I was the only girl in Daniel's life. I just knew it was meant to be, he loved me, I just know it! "Can you believe it?! Kendra actually accused me of cheating! Me!"

I sat in the living room, at his house. Ever since his parents died, I've always been there for Danny. "Oh, Danny. She's not worth it. Kendra just wants to accuse you of cheating, so you'll break up and she can continue to cheat herself."

"Do you, honestly think that's what's going on?" I cross my leg over the other, sucking in my teeth.

"Everyone knows it, Danny." He placed his hands on his hips, in deep thought. I saw the pain all over his face, oh how I wish I could free him of it.

"I can't believe it." His shoulders began to droop and he kept his head down. His anger was quickly replaced by sorrow.

Rising to my feet, I quickly rubbed his back. "Don't worry, Danny. Kendra's not worth it, there are plenty other of girls out there. I'm sure you'll find the perfect one. Who knows, she might even be standing right in front of you, but you just can't see it."
