Bre POV

I walked to the car. "I hope Breanna and Aislyn take care of Eileen very well. I already miss her, babe....."

Caleb turned the keys and the car jolted to life. "You'll see her in a few hours. I promise."

Not seeing Eileen for long periods of time made me jumpy. I trust Breanna and Aislyn, but I don't trust them with Scott and Mitch. Mitch might try to give the baby alcohol. Scott I somewhat trust because I've seen him with his nephew before. Knowing Eileen she will probably sleep or gurgle throughout the whole few hours.

Caleb turned on the radio and a song from the new Pentatonix album came on. 'Rose Gold' was blasting in the car. The song was amazing as always. Once you listen to one Pentatonix song there's no going back. I coaxed Cal to give me the aux cord and he gave it to me. I played one of favorites on the album, 'Misbehavin'.

Caleb sang the loudest I've ever heard him sing. And it was actually beautiful. He is my Scott Hoying.

Sam and his girlfriend, Erin, were meeting up with us for a double at some pasta place. I planned it all because I never really talk to Sam that much. And I really missed my Sammy.

It was downtown but luckily, someone pulled out of a spot right next to the restaurant when we got there. Caleb yelled in rejoice. Plus I'm not sure my legs could carry me to the door.

Caleb walked over to my side of the car and hooked my arm. "I love you, Caleb." I said nuzzling into his sleeve.

He bopped my nose and chuckled. "You know I love you more." I pushed the door open with my foot and heat flooded over me. I moaned at the sudden heat because it's pretty chilly outside. There's no snow but it's coming.

"Hey Caleb, do you think we should start getting back to Omaha soon. My parents now suddenly want to see me again all because I'm not a screw up anymore." Caleb sighed.

"Bre, we already have a life here..... We can visit but....." He pleaded.

I groaned. "But I get to see my old students."

He nodded and smiled. "Of course, babe."

Suddenly, the door burst open. A man I grew up with as my best friend came through the door. "Hey Sage! I'm here!" Sam yelled while running to me.

"Sammy!!" I cried while running to him. "It's been forever, I missed you so much." (Authors note: I cried typing this sentence. I really wish this could happen in real life. I miss you cowsage.)

A shy awkward girl trailed behind him. "This is Erin. You might remember her from highschool. I saw her at the club a few months ago and since last week we've been dating."

Of course I remember Erin. She was a teenage heart throb. She messed with boys hearts left and right. Yet, she didn't know she did. She messed with Sam's heart so much that it physically hurt him to the point of crying. But in the end, Sam got the girl.

My heart dropped when I looked Erin up and down. She changed so much. Her ombré hair was now an inch below her shoulder. She had gotten taller and skinner. Still though, she was gorgeous. "Erin! Oh my gosh! You've changed so much!" I said hugging her.

Sam scoffed. "See Erin, I told you she wouldn't forget you! There's no reason to be shy." Erin laughed.

Erin tried to talk but a lady interrupted us. "Hello! Welcome! Table for 4. Right this way!" She winked at Caleb and I tucked away closer to him to show he's mine.

We all followed the cheerful lady to a table. I sat down next to Caleb and he put an arm around me. Blushing, I scooted in closed to him.

The lady took our drinks and this time she brushed her hand against Caleb's arm. I took a deep breath. Caleb can't leave you for some girl who touched him at a restaurant. That would be stupid.
