Aislyns POV

I ran after Breanna. Her face was light pink and blotchy. She was more upset than the rest of us.

"Africa?? Fucking Africa? How do we trust her with a fucking child?" Breanna whimpered. Scott held his arm around her torso in comfort.

"I can't trust her with Leenie." Breanna got up.

"Where are you going?" I asked worriedly.

Breanna stopped dead in her tracks and faced me. "Bre hasn't gotten her shots,"

I felt my heart drop. "What?!"

"Bre hasn't gotten her fucking shots or medication, her baby ...." Breanna clasped her hands over her face. "You know how sick Bre could be!? And the diseases she could be giving Leenie??"

"Shit." I heard Mitch mutter, his voice shaky.

"I'll call Kirstie." I grabbed my phone.

"Hey," I quickly said as soon as I heard her pick up.

"Hey, what's up?"

"You should bring Bre to the doctor, as soon as possible." I fussed.

"Okay! What's wrong?" She noticed the fret in my voice.

"She claims she went to Africa. You know all the shots you have to get before returning to the United States!?"

"Oh, shit." Kirstie said before hanging up a few seconds later.

I looked at Breanna and she was about ready to burst out the door.

"Breanna where are you going?!"

"Leenie!" She cried before running out to her car. I heard the pooring rain, I grabbed my raincoat from the couch by the door and jumped into the car with her.

We finally reached Bres apartment, Breanna unlocked the door and I hesitantly followed after her.

"Perfect timing." Kirstie came running up to us. "I'm bringing her now." I saw as she ran to grab Bre and get her to the car.

I watched as the color in Bre's eyes was faded and foggy. She had no expression on her face and she had a dizzy rhythm to her step.

Avi came up to me, I could see the huge amounts of stress through the expression on his face. He looked tired as shit.

I touched his hand as a reassuring gesture and took Leenie from his arms. I took her to her room. As soon as she was done with her bottle, I turned her over to burp her.

I let out a slight chuckle as a small burp came from Leenie.

I rubbed small circles in her back and rocked her to sleep. I heard small snores escaping her as she breathed. I set her in her crib and went back into the main room. Avi was passed out on the couch, Breanna pacing back and forth, and everyone else had gone home.

Breanna looked at me. "What do we do.." She asked me.

"I don't even know. Where's Caleb?"

"I have no clue...." She shrugged.

I flinched as soon as I heard a cry coming from Leenies room.

Breanna motioned for me to sit. I accepted and layed on the couch. She went to go check on her and came back with her in her arms.

"She's coughing.." Breanna sighed, we were all extremely exhausted.

"Let me take her, get some rest." I took Leenie.

"But..." Breanna looked at me.

"Go." I soothed. As soon as she sat on the couch next to Avi she was out.

I walked back to Leenies room, she was whimpering as if she was also too tired to cry.

I sat in the rocking chair, slowly rocking back and forth and rubbing Leenies back.

She would cough a couple times every few minutes. I sang softly to "light in the hallway" and she fell asleep again. I decided to just stay with her tonight.

I was worried about Leenies health.

Awhile later I felt myself drifting to sleep but shifted slightly to help myself to stay up.

Leenie cuddled into my chest, I hummed quietly.

I saw as the sun came through the window, I sighed and walked out into the main room.

Breanna slowly started to wake up.

"No no no.." Breanna said as soon as she saw me.

"Hm?"

"Why didn't you wake me?! Did you stay up all night?"

"Yeah, I'm fine."

"Ugh, no Aislyn." She whimpered.

"I'm sorry.." I looked down.

"I feel so bad." She said as she took Leenie.

I rubbed my eyes and just laid on the floor.

I quickly fell asleep.

A few hours later..

I awoke to someone shaking my shoulder.

"Aislyn."

"Hm, what?" I got up and met eyes with Mitch.

"Come on, babe." He helped me to steady my feet.

I looked over to see Breanna sitting at the kitchen counter with her head in her hands.
