CHAPTER 24 - Hideout X Arguments

Feitan's P.O.V.

"Wanna join in?" Shalnark asked as he held out his cards. I shake my head no and look up to see the moon through the small opening at the top.

The silver color that colored the moon reminded me of that girl's beautiful white hair that cascaded gracefully to her back knees.

Her face has been in my head since the day I saw her face and heard her voice. Nothing else has gave me that interest, that spark, ever since I laid my eyes on her. Not even the beautiful sight of a person screaming from pain from the torture I bestow on them.

There were always unanswered questions in my mind, bothering me to no end.

Is she doing alright?

Is she single?

Does she have a lover?

Does she know about Nen?

Is she strong?

Will she keep up a fight?

Is she able to defend for herself?

How did she leave me that night without me seeing where she went?

What did she do to me that made me unable to stop thinking about her?

I glare at the moon thinking about these questions once more. I know as a fact that these questions can only get answered if i meet this mysterious girl once more.

"You will grow wrinkles if you keep skrunching up your nose like that, Feitan." I turn around go see Phinks. He wasn't facing my way but was looking at his cards since he was playing with Shalnark.

"Shut up." My voice came out harsh but I didn't really care. I was irritated and I couldn't hide it anymore. It's been days since I last saw her and I'm already going crazy.

"Thinking about the one that got away?" Shalnark asked with a teasing tone. I frown a little as I feel my cheeks get warmer. What is this? I put my hand on my cheeks to see that it is warm. Am I....blushing?!

"He probably is. I can see his blush on his ears. Your mask can't cover everything, Feitan." Franklin joined in the conversation with a sly smile. I felt my cheeks got warmer as they bombard me with teasing jokes of that girl.

This will take a while..

Tenshi's P.O.V.

After Kurapika took the leader, the other 5 spiders took us to their hideout where we meet the other spiders.

They chain us up to a huge piece of rock and argue about if they were to follow the blonde woman named Pakunoda or not.

The entire time I listened to their arguement, I had a glare. How dare they be like this to each other? Aren't they a spider? They should act as one. They should not be trying to kill each other. They don't kill each other because of rules? What a joke!

"This is a waste of time. I will make them talk." The short man wearing all back said. My eyes narrow down at him. He was that man who saw my face and heard me sing. I knew something was off about him right when I saw him.

"Is it really so hard to understand?" Gon asked. All the spiders in the building look towards him with a confused facade. My eyes soften as I know what he is about to say. This was why Gon was the first to sink into the depths of my heart. He was like the opposite of me. Like angel and devil.

"You don't understand why Pakunoda wants to leave without a word? You don't understand why Machi is stopping you? You honestly think that they are being controlled?!" Gon's voice got harsher with every question he asked. I had the urge to hug him and calm him down but I didn't want to do anything just yet.
