CHAPTER 39 - Farewell X Real World

Gon's P.O.V.

"What's taking her so long?" Killua groaned with a huge frown plastered onto his face. I, too, was frowning. I do not like waiting but I hated the fact that Tenshi-san is taking too long!

What if she got hurt or she's in trouble?!

No. That can't happen. She's too strong for that to happen.

Is she having trouble finding Ren?

No. Ren and Tenshi are practically connected! They know what each other is thinking just by eye contact.

Did she get lost again?

That is a possibility but she has cards and can use Accompany to come to us with Ren. I remember giving her a few before she left us.

"If she isn't here in under an hour, we'll go and look for her." I heard Killua state and I agreed right away.

"Why is it that I feel so irrelevant when you boys talk about Tenshi?" I turn to see Biscuit and Killua and I immediately sweat drop.

"We forgot you were even here." We both muttered which I regret saying since Biscuit quickly hit us on the heads with a dark aura surround her whole being.

"What did you say?" She said with a sickly sweet tone which gave us shivers.

"N-nothing!"

Tenshi's P.O.V.

"It's on, you short scum!" Ren shouted and his red eyes flared with rage.

"Look who's talking... you're the size of a lizard. And besides, why are you so protective over Tenshi? The loyalty you show her is more than just out of respect for her. You're a scaly reptile whilst she is a human. There is no chance." Phinks piped in. Ren's aura gave out a big amount of blood lust as I tried to maintain my laughter.

I guess I wasn't so successful since Feitan noticed. I mentally curse myself for forgetting the fact that he was still encasing my body with his embrace.

"What's with that smile?" I blushed out of embarrassment but quickly covered it up by clearing my throat.

"It's just the fact that Phinks made a small error in his statement." Everyone looked at me in confusion, especially Phinks. Ren just kept quiet but I could see the small smirk playing on his lips.

"What do you mean by that?" Kalluto asked with a confused tone in his voice.

"Just like how he can transform into his many sizes, Ren can also turn into a human. He is two years older than me which I still sometimes doubt because he acts more childish than me." I explained and Ren quickly turned into his medium sized form and whacked Feitan's arms off of me. The warmth of his embrace immediately leaving my body which made a small frown etch onto my lips but it disappeared as fast as it appeared.

"Wait...so...that would mean you've been carrying a man that is two years older than you on your shoulders and kept him with you 24/7! Do you realize how dangerous that is?!" Shalnark wailed and I slightly cringed at how loud his voice was.

"I trust him." Was my short reply as I hug my small friend in my arms.

"Tenshi-sama, Gon and Killua will get worried about you. I suggest we leave right now before they use Accompany to find us. Say your farewells already before they come and find out you were spending time with the blonde bastard's enemies." Ren muttered in embarrassment since he was still captured in my arms.

I nod slightly and look over at the spiders. With a small smile, they immediately knew what was going on. They all had different reactions which I found quite interesting.
