CHAPTER 46 - Getting X Locked X Up

Ren's P.O.V.

I hated this. I despised it with my whole being. These imbeciles just kept arguing and competing in everything they do. It was stalling us which made my blood boil in anger. It has been days since we started to run. Days! And we still didn't know of Tenshi-sama's location.

I swear, I will definitely slit Ryoko's throat with my claws. Slowly and painfully since she seems to love pain and blood so much, I thought 'why not give it to her?'

Suddenly, a sound was heard even thought the harsh winds so I turn to look at the source to be greeted with two idiots still fighting. They were bumping into each other and I slowly got irritated. I couldn't just let them continue so I bonked both their heads.

They both look at me with a glare but I also sent one while breathing some fire at them too. The blonde idiot gasped a little and patted the fire away while the short black haired brat just estinguished the fire by putting his hand over it.

I guess he is used to flames.

I grunt and continue flying but a bit faster so I can ignore these two annoying boys who doesn't even know what stop means. My eyes were fixated on the direction we were heading whilst my nose was sniffing in for Tenshi-sama's scent.

Nothing seemed to work as we seemed to just run around and around in a circle. I can tell the boys were getting impatient and tired. I too was getting exhausted but I did not want to show it. Not to these bird brains at least.

I immediately stop in my tracks when my nose spotted Tenshi-sama's scent. Right when I smelled it, it disappeared after a half a second. Looking over at the direction, I zoom with all my speed and find myself in front of an abandoned palace building.

It reeked of death but I smelt the faint scent of Tenshi-sama's intoxicating aroma. It never once failed to relax me every time I would rest on her shoulders.

I felt the two dimwitts follow in pursuit and they also gaze at the huge black building in front of us. They gave a stern look at it before both ran into the building.

These two idiots! Do they know how strong Ryoko is?! Sure, she isn't as strong as Tenshi but her position in strength is obviously higher than even the three of us combined. They sure don't have a brain. If they do, God bless us all. They would just use that brain in various stupid ways.

"Why did I even...?!" I growled and was about to blow up until I felt something hit the back of my neck hard. My mind stopped and I felt my eyes close slowly until they were completely shut. Last thing I saw was feminine lips grin in a sadistic way. One absolute guess... Ryoko.

Slowly and cautiously, I open up my heavy eyes to see a room colored in dark colors. The whole room was made out of bricks and there were puddles of an unknown substance on the bricked flooring. I cringe at the odor and continue to look around to see the two boys chained up next to me.

I look above me to see that I was also chained up. I try to break the dumb chains but it wouldn't budge so I try harder and harder and it still doesn't break. What the hell are these chains made of?! I swear I can break chains in an instant! Why aren't these working out for me?!

"Don't bother trying. The only person who can break my chains is Tenshi." I heard that same high pitched voice that seemed to bounce off the walls. The sound of her voice gave me shivers down my spine and sweat trickle down.

"Ara~ara~ who do we have here? Two males and a small male dragon? What brings you to my humble home??" She asks, finally showing herself. She looked like those typical beauties you see in town and I narrow my eyes at her for trying to trick us.

The two males next to me stare at her in awe for a few moments before looking at her with confused yet dazed eyes. These two idiots! Why did I even ask for the blonde bastard's help?! If I didn't bring him along, then the other brat wouldn't have come too!

"Because if you are here for Tenshi.....I'll have to kill you~~!" There was the real Ryoko. Her eyes were glazed over with an insane look. Her lips were curved into a wide grin ear to ear. Her hair somehow got messy and was all over the place.

"Aww~~ I admire you bravery but Tenshi was mine first! I showed her my love first. I took care of her since she was you'd and taught her the ways of life which is~~ kill, kill, and kill. The world is a cruel place where killing is such a beauty and requirement in order to reach the very extent of happiness and life in this world! Tell me, how was my dear when she was with you? Was she heartless?! Cruel?! Emotionless?!" Ryoko screeched and laughed like a mad man. Kurapika and Feitan, I believe, cringe at her unstable mind. I inwardly laugh as the reality dawned on them.

"I am sorry but I disagree with you statement. Tenshi has been anything but what you have said." Kurapika said with a smirk. Wrong move....

Ryoko slapped him and I wince as the loud slap echoed in the room. The walls even crumbled and the whole building shook. That will leave a mark for sure.

"Such lies! I have taught Tenshi to be heartless, cruel, and strong! I've tortured her day and night since she was just a toddler and barely learned how to walk! I fed her poison, even the deadliest of poisons which caused her to be immune to such stupid things! I sent her out on missions to kill both bad and good! She listens to my every command! She's my little doll that I can control whenever I want!" Ryoko yelled. I wanted to cover my ears so bad at the high pitched scream she produces every time her lips open up but these dumb chains won't budge! How does Tenshi do this?!

"Since you have lied to me, I see it fit to have you stay here and be my entertainment until my lovely dear wakes up from her long slumber." She then presses a button on a remote that she has been holding and out comes Tenshi-sama in a tube of blue liquid.

She wore a black tank top and black leggings which showed her curves. Her eyes were shut and her body just floated in there with lifeless movements. Her hair was everywhere but her gorgeous face still shown through her thick, luscious white locks.

"Tenshi/Tenshi-sama!" I shouted at the same time the other two did. Ryoko laughed at our reaction and just skipped out of the room.

"As much as I would like to stay and chat, I need to attend some business. Ta~ ta~!" She sang out and left.

"I guess we are stuck here." Feitan finally spoke.

"I didn't know she was so unstable mentally! We need to get out of here and take Tenshi out of there!" Kurapika said sternly but I just close my eyes and sigh.

"There's no use. The only person who can break these chain is Tenshi. We need to wait till she wakes up so she can help us. I know I sound like a coward but this is reality. We are captured by an insane woman who likes to torture and make up things so she can use them for her victims. I have a feeling Tenshi will wake up soon! I just know it!" I said and the boys look at me for a moment before just looking around or closing their eyes.

I didn't expect to be captured and locked up here but at least it's better than being killed.
