He saw them; Chris saw them. I should’ve locked my door before taking care of my underwear. Who would’ve known mom already placed my dry laundry on top of my bed. Everything was too sudden, including my actions. I feel heavy deep inside me.

Those two are already messaging me. But, what do I say to them? I overreacted over a small thing. I’ve decided to turn off my NET, trying to sleep out my worries for tonight. Tomorrow’s a Saturday anyway, I really need the rest.
[Turn off.]
[Turning off NET. Are you sure?]
[Yes.]

I remove the collar device around my neck and laid in my bed, tucking around my arms my small teddy bear my mom gave on my tenth birthday. I soon hear someone knocking at my door.
“Nat? Are you awake?” it was my mom.
“Y-yeah…”
“Can I come in?”
“Sure.” My mom enters the room bringing with her a small porridge. She settles the tray down near the center table and goes close to my side.
“Are you feeling okay Nat?” she asked holding my forehead, feeling for my temperature.
“Yeah… a little bit.”
“Your friends told me you were feeling unwell and just left afterwards.”
“Really?” I thought they told her what had really happened. I guess that wouldn’t be too wise and it’ll leave a bad impression on my mom; well I know my mom to be that kind of person basing how she treats others on her first impressions.
“Yeah. Though too bad, Nat. You couldn’t have your study session.” That’s right, the study session. I completely forgot about that.
“I’ll just study later—“
“No, you should rest tonight. Just study tomorrow, okay Nat?”
“Okay…”
“And by all means, when I say resting, I meant sleeping, not playing Grandiel. Okay?” In response, I just pointed out my NET on top of my desk.
“O-oh, you really plan on resting huh?”
“Of course.”
“Well, just leave the bowl on the table and I’ll just pick it up later tonight okay?”
“Okay mom.” she kisses my forehead and replies “I love you Nat.”
“I love you too, mom.” And with that, she leaves my room. I decided to eat the porridge while it was a bit hot. Soon after eating, I took a quick bath and tried sleeping early that night but to no avail as I can’t stop myself from thinking about what happened earlier. It’s a bit different when I tried comparing what happened earlier to that of when we shared some of our awkward and embarrassing moments.
I shut my eyes, trying to sleep that night and I did eventually fell in deep slumber only to find myself waking up at around 4 in the morning. I stretched out as I got out of bed; the sun was still not up. I found myself looking at my NET and wore it on.
