josh: love has so many extremities
lily: yeah
josh: it feels like a roller coaster
josh: i think the hardest part is that hole left when it's over, it's like a void all those places you once saw all the memories you feel empty for a while
lily: the hardest part isn't the hole it's that anger that you cling to the mere frustration to why it ended and that hope that maybe it'll all be okay you cling to it for dear life bc letting go means it's over
josh: and in reality neither want it to be over
lily: it's a matter of comfortability most times
josh: you get so accustomed to it and it's startling
lily: it's scary.
josh: people are also in denial for a while
lily: they hope
josh: it's a process
lily: an exhausting one
josh: but you know what, when you decide to accept what's happened and move on letting go becomes so much easier
lily: then they don't have to hold that hatred in their hearts
josh: some people can never let go
lily: more people should, they deserve to be free
