Chapter 15 (Part 2)

The male fiend said, "I am called Phobetor, I am a faithful follower to Veiyan. Zaros is also one of his many followers but he considered more of an assistant to Veiyan." Yusei asked, "Who's this Veiyan guy?" The male fiend shakes his head in disappointment, "Such a sad thing to say, human. I thought that Veiyan would be a popular spirit among the history of you pathetic human beings." He adds, "I am here to crush you all! The shadow spirits will conquer the fears you possess!" Phobetor went on, "Your friends aren't the only ones who are suffering, all the humans in this world will perish for the hands of the shadow spirits!" He cackled, "Nothing can save you!"

You were afraid, no terrified of what this male shadow spirit might do to all of you, or even worse the citizens of New Domino and the Satellite. Phobetor asked, "Are you mortals ready to face your true fate?" You all showed him expressions of anger and annoyance. "This guy is extremely annoying. I wish that he would stop talking already and just start duelling already!" "I know, just hearing his voice is making me want to rip his limbs but since he's a spirit that's not possible." "Well, I just want him to disappear." "I want this to end but I don't want anyone to get hurt because of the shadow spirits." "I have a feeling that the next time we see them that the next fight will be the last one." "I have that feeling too, Dark Magician Girl." "Alright, enough chit-chat! Let's start this duel!"

You knew that this wasn't the end of the madness called the shadows. Eyes of obsidian, body of mist and cold as ice. That was what a shadow spirit really was. Cold. The heart of the bewitchment standing before you is poisoned by the tainted beliefs of another. One that would spell the end of humanity as you knew it.

Phobetor said, "Let's make this more interesting, shall we? I shall start at 35 000 life points while you wretched humans start at 4 000." You reply, "I object that idea entirely, it's not fair for us. I propose that we have one set of life points instead of seven individual ones. I say that we both start at the same life points." Phobetor became irritated, "Fine, fine! I just want to defeat you humans already." "Are you ready?" "Ready as I'll ever be." "Let's fight this brute!" Phobetor adds, "Shall we begin?" You all said, "Let's go!" Crow remarks, "We don't have a plan do we?" No one spoke until Akiza said, "We at least should see who should start." Everyone looks at you and you shake your head, "Oh no! I am not starting! There is no way—" Jack was the one to respond, "You know more about these weirdos than we do, just do it." That was the first time Jack had spoken to you since you broke up. Yusei adds, "Y/N it's okay. We will back you up in any way we can, that's what friends do." "Guys." You sigh, "Alright, I'll start." Akiza said, "I'll go after you." Yusei nods, "I'll go after Akiza." Jack said, "I'm going after you, Yusei." Crow chimes in, "I'll go after Jack." Leo and Luna nod, "We'll go after then."

Phobetor exclaims, "What's this? Have you all decided to start?" You reply, "I'm going first! I begin by playing a field spell called Sorcerous Spell Wall, with this spell all monsters on our side of the field gain 300 ATK points during our turn and 300 DEF during your turn. Next I place two cards face down to end my turn." Akiza said, "It's my turn then! I summon Botanical Lion in defense mode and I'll just throw a face down to end my turn." Yusei said, "My move! I summon Shield Wing in defense mode and I place a card face down to end my turn." Jack remarks, "Alright you freak, it's my move! I summon Mad Archfiend in attack mode, next I'm going to summon Twin-Shield Defender in defense mode and now I'll throw a face down to end my turn." Crow comments, "Nice one, Jack!" Jack responds, "Don't throw any compliments out yet, Crow. We have to win this duel first." Crow became embarrassed, "Right, forgot about that." Phobetor laughs, "How pitiful." Crow ignored him as he spoke, "Well it's my turn! I summon Blackwing-Calima the Haze to the field and I'll just place two cards face down to end."
