Going Far Away

Jack looked at the memory orbs that he had. He knew he was close to the end. He was still worried about his team. Jack doesn't know, maybe Darkiana is stronger than Pitch. She is called the Queen of Darkness for a reason. He wish it would all end already. Jack looked at his staff. It was more stronger than before. It was still his same old staff, but transformed with much greater power.

"Hey Jack, me and Toothless will just uhh, hang around here. We'll get back before sunset," Hiccup said. "Yea sure," Jack nodded. "I'll go with him. I'll get some berries," Rapunzel said. They both left Jack and Merida. He was still thinking about lots of things, and he was worrying a lot. He never thought and worried a lot. "Hey Jack, I found a tent," Merida said. "Where'd you get it?" Jack asked. "I found it in the lake, it's still a little wet. But I'll build a fire, make sure ya fellas stay warm till the night," Merida said. "Okay, I'll go with you," Jack said. "Alright lad, come on," Merida agreed.

Jack and Merida went gathering woods in the forest. Jack was quiet for a moment. "Hmm, someone's not talking too much. I thought this person was a little bit annoying when he talks," Merida jokes. "It's just that, we are so close. I am starting to worry more about you guys, I mean we all got the keys and orbs. I just, I don't know what I'll do if..." Jack stopped for a moment. Merida stared at him. She laid the woods down and went towards him. "Come here," Merida gave Jack a hug. 

"Be brave okay? I don't want to loose any one of us either, especially you," Merida said. Jack nodded to her and sighs. "All we have to do now is take a rest, call this day and we'll plan things for tomorrow, alright?" Merida asked with a thumbs up. Jack smiled widely again. Merida punched him in the shoulder. "Aw! Why did you do that?" Jack asked. "Just to make yar bones stronger," Merida said and walked away. "What do you mean by that?" Jack asked. "Just look at ya. Ya look like a stick," Merida shouted. Jack laughs. "Hey come back here!" Jack chases her.

Later on, the four started a campfire. Merida was just playing her lute while Rapunzel was singing. Toothless was just dancing along with them. "You know Jack, I like going on a mission. I mean, of course I wanted it to end but it's fun going to an adventure," Hiccup said. "Yea, but I just wish this would be over soon," Jack said. "Jack, in case if something bad happen to me, I want you to know that you're one of the best friends I ever had. And I want you to take care of the girls," Hiccup said. "Hey, don't say that. I promised that I'll keep you all safe okay?" Jack said. Hiccup nodded to him. "Just saying," Hiccup whispered.

In the next morning, the four planned for their next mission. "Okay, what're we going to do next?" Rapunzel asked. "It says here that we'll need to pass three castles along the way and it may be much farther," Jack pointed their way on the map. "Hold on, so were literally still far away?" Hiccup asked. "Yes, the Way of Light is the end gate, and it would be the map's last gate too," Jack said. "Jack, there are lots of trails in this map, are ya sure ya know what you're doing?" Merida asked. "Not entirely, but yes. I'm sure about this," Jack said. "If we get pass these trails, there's no turning back, we've come far enough," Hiccup said. "Trust me, I know," Jack ensures. "Well okay, we trust you," Rapunzel agreed. They all nodded and agreed to Jack.

Toothless gave them all a ride and went to the Griven Road. It's a dark place full of dried pine trees and lots of rivers flowing. There were less flowers and it the place looked so dull. "Wow, this place looks so dark," Rapunzel said. "Yea, it's like my basement," Hiccup said. Merida and Rapunzel looked at him. "What? My basement's dark and scary," Hiccup said. "It's so quiet," Merida said. "Yea, there's no one around here," Jack said. 

"This place give me goosebumps," Rapunzel shivers. "Well, it's said here in the book. Griven Road is one of the darkest place, but they said there are less danger in here. I mean, it's still dangerous because of wild animals," Jack said. "This place looks safe, but I wouldn't want to go here. It's so terrifying," Merida said. "I just wonder if there were people in here," Hiccup said. "Well, what do ya call us?" Merida asked. "Of course we're people, what I'm trying to say is if there were other people walking along here," Hiccup said.
