Jackson was alone. He always thought of bringing back of what has happened to put things right again. But it was too late for him, the darkness faded the Guardians. And now all he can do is to protect himself and the people around him.

Jack looked at his past, he didn't know what happened to him was worse than his. "Hey, you okay?" Rapunzel comforts. "Yea, it's just...I don't know why, but I feel it. I feel his pain, his loneliness, everything," Jack said. "Well, I can feel it too you know, that feeling that, you should've save of what was lost, but all you can do is to save what is left," Rapunzel said. Jack nodded to her. Jack knew why Jackson tried to get them away from him. He wanted to save himself, because he was the last Guardian in the past.

"So, what're we going to stop?" Rapunzel asked. "I can feel Pitch's past is going to be his enemy, we need to be ready," Jack answered. Rapunzel nodded. "We need to tell him that," Rapunzel said. "Sure, I just hope he believes us," Jack said. "It's like he would even," Hiccup said and rolled his eyes. "Hey, don't be so rude to him. Maybe he's just having a bad time, after all that had happened to him. Give the guy a break," Merida said. "That's not what I meant, I mean of course we know about what happened to that guy and what he's gone through. But he changed, he become the mad version of Jack," Hiccup said and looked at Jack. "Come on guys, let's not argue about this. Let's just try okay? If he doesn't want to believe us, then we'll be ready," Jack said.

Later, the Big Four were near the pine trees and having a campfire. They just wanted to have some fun time together. Merida was playing a lute and Rapunzel was singing. The boys were just cheering them up and clapping along. Jackson was far away from them, but Jack knew he was watching. "Hey Jackson! Come over here, join us!" Hiccup shouted. "No thanks, I just wanted to spend time alone," Jackson said. Rapunzel got up and grabbed Jackson's arm. She pulled Jackson closer to the campfire and sat beside the boys.

"Come on, lighten up Jackson," Rapunzel said. Jackson didn't do anything about it. He just listened to Rapunzel while she sings. Jack smiled secretly at Jackson. "Hey," Jack said and bumped Jackson's shoulder. "Oh, hi," Jackson nodded. "So, is this how you act to your guests?" Jack asked.

"What do you mean?" Jackson asked. "I mean this. You just stare at us while standing alone far away from us?" Jack asked. Jackson sighs. He looked pretty much uncomfortable while talking but still he tried to have a conversation with Jack. "Well, I never have guests before. And didn't you just hear my story? I used to be alone remember? So don't ask me those kinds of questions, unless you're really confused because I am not like you," Jackson said.

"How can you say that?" Jack asked with a fake smile. "I can say you're fun, but I'm not. I used to be that person, but I am more different than you think. People said I'm terrifying and sometimes people say I'm a loner. I already know our differences Jack, we might have the same name, same looks, but as I've told you, our worlds are different," Jackson explained. "Aren't you...fun before?" Jack asked. Jackson's eyes widened, he remembered those happiest memories he had with his fellow Guardians and most loving and caring sister. "I used to be you know, but still it doesn't makes us same," Jackson said. Jack understands more of who is Jackson. He knew he was a little too late to take back what was lost. He thought, what if he can't get the Jackson back? The way he was used to be.

"Don't worry, I'll try to help you," Jack said. Jackson was confused. "Help me? For what?" he asked with a doubt. "I'm going to try and help you in everything, you've said you lost everything right? But you're wrong," Jack said.

"What do you mean I didn't? Look, I'm all alone now. What else do you think I can save?" Jackson disagree. "You," Jack answered. Jackson became silent. "I can still save you. I can take you back for what you are. We are here to save something, and maybe we're supposed to save you," Jack answered. Jackson slightly shakes his head and looked down. "I...I need to go inside," Jackson said. Jack finally found out. He was supposed to save Jackson, he needed to get back what he was back then, and stop the darkness from killing him.

"Whoa, where'd he go?" Hiccup asked. "Guys, I know now. I know why we're here," Jack said. The three hurriedly sat down to listen. "Really? What is it?" Rapunzel asked. "I know what're we going to do," Jack said. "What?" Merida asked.

"We're going to save Jackson," Jack answered. "Uhh, I don't think he likes us helping him right? He is the total opposite of you man," Hiccup said. "I know, but I think the darkness planned this to him. You know, to be alone so that when the right day comes, they'll try to get him," Jack said. "But what if he doesn't believe us?" Rapunzel asked.

"Don't worry....he will," Jack answered. "Okay, but are you really sure about that, I mean there might be another mission here, maybe we need to save someone close to him?" Merida suggested. "No, we can't take back of what was lost Merida, we can only save what was left," Jack said. "Okay, but we don't know who to fight yet, what if it's stronger than us?" Rapunzel asked. "Then we'll be ready, we know how strong Darkiana is, and it doesn't matter if our enemy is stronger. Powerful or not, we need to be together, we're a team, remember that" Jack said. The three agreed to him.

"You sure about this plan Jack?" Hiccup asked. "This isn't a plan Hiccup...this is our mission, and I can feel it."

"We're close to the end," Jack said.
