Inside the Woods

Jack decided to look for Aurora, the team agreed to it. She might know something about the missing keys in the Way of Light. "So, what does she looks like?," Rapunzel asked. "Oh, if you guys seen her, she's way more beautiful than I thought she would be, from her looks she looks like in middle 20's," Jack answered. "Wow, I am so excited to see her," Merida said. "I promise you guys, you're gonna love her," Jack said. They stopped as they saw woods with giant dark trees and thorns in it. "Whoa, easy bud," Hiccup said to Toothless. "What is this?," Merida asked. "It's some kind of a forest....but the thorns, it doesn't make any sense, I think someone did this, the thorns were not made in this forest, I can sense it, the patterns are way different, someone might have put their magic here," Jack said.

"Wow, are you sure about that?," Rapunzel asked. "Yes, I'm pretty sure," Jack answered. "But, who did it? Thorns...hm, I think I know who did it!," Merida shouted. "Really?," Hiccup asked. "Yes, it's that wicked fairy in those stories, it's Maleficent? Remember that time when she use her magic and put some thorns in the forest to keep Prince Philip away from saving Aurora?," Merida said. "She's right, Maleficent did this, Darkiana revived her from the dead, she might have Aurora," Rapunzel said. "Ok...but how do we get across?," Merida asked. Jack called Hiccup. "What Jack?," Hiccup asked. "Ok, I'm gonna freeze it and Toothless is going to blast it, ok?," Jack asked. "Are you kidding me? That could make you weak," Hiccup said. "That's why I need to ride on him, in case I need to rest," Jack said.

"Haha, you mean, you will ride him?," Hiccup asked with a smile. "Well, yea...why?," Jack asked. "Nothing, it's just that, you need to be careful," Hiccup said. "Look, it's not a good idea, but I think it's my best option right now," Jack said. "Why just not let me ride him while you blast some ice?," Hiccup asked. "No, it's too risky, I might freeze you, I'll be twirling in the sky and I will freeze everything, you guys can move slowly ok?," Jack said. Hiccup agreed to Jack. "Hey, Toothless...you can do this bud, all you have to do is trust him," Hiccup said. Toothless was a little scared, but he trusted Hiccup. Jack rides on Toothless' back and it was his first time to ride a dragon.

"Ok...Toothless, now!," Jack shouted. Toothless roared and flew up. "Whoaaaa! Slow down," Jack shouted. Toothless looked down. "Ok, Toothless, I'm gonna jump ok? If I jump, you blast some fire, and catch me...ok?," Jack said. Toothless roared. Jack closed his eyes and took a step. He twirls down while blasting ice. Toothless saw the thorns turned into ice, so he blast his fire and broke the thorns into pieces. He remembered he can't fly on his own, so he just tried to catch Jack. And he did. Hiccup was proud of his friend, and to Jack. 

"Way to go Jack!," Rapunzel shouted. Jack went down, he felt dizzy for a while. "Jack, that was great," Merida said. "Thanks...that was hard, I guess I needed more practice," Jack said. "I don't think so, when you're with Toothless, all you have to do is trust him, right bud?," Hiccup smiled at Toothless, they both hugged each other. 

Finally, they can enter the woods, it was dark and terrifying. "Wow, this is so scary," Rapunzel said. They can hear their echo from far away even if they're whispering. "Jack, are we really doing this just to ask her if she knows where's the missing keys?," Hiccup asked. "No, I can feel something about her, it's like she has something we need, maybe not a key or whatever it is," Jack said. "Wow, you are really trying to risk everything just for the sake of the world," Hiccup said. "Yea, that's who I am," Jack said. "Look at this woods, it's like no one passes here," Merida said. "Oh, careful Rapunzel, your hair," Jack said. "Oh, ok," Rapunzel grabbed her hair just to make sure no one grabs her from the back.

Later on, they heard a voice from the forest. "You shall not be here, fellow warriors," the voice said. "Oh no...is that Maleficent?," Rapunzel said. "I know who you are...you are legends, and heroes that was told to many people, now that you know the truth about yourselves, I suggest you to not take another step out in the woods, because you are almost out, and what you're about to see will make you even more terrified," the voice said. "You think were afraid of you and what you're saying? No! We are not giving up, and all of you will be defeated, the world will be a better place," Hiccup shouted. "If that is what you want, please...take another step, and you will see the truth behind me," the voice said.

They took another step, Rapunzel almost fell down. They saw a bridge, and under it is a green steaming hot lava. They saw the castle from far away, the thunder was strong, clouds are dark and the castle is large and terrifying. "Jack, I don't think this is a good idea," Merida said. "Were here! We have no choice, we have to stick together!," Jack shouted. "What's the plan?," Rapunzel asked. "We need to enter that castle, Aurora might be there, and if she's not...were gonna have to crash that castle alright?," Jack asked. "Ok, we're on it!," Hiccup shouted. They ran through the bridge and entered the castle.

They saw Aurora tied up in the chandelier. "Princess!," Jack shouted. "Oh, thank goodness you're all alright, I ran back to the castle to bring the news to my father! You are the legendary warriors! And I have the key in the Way of Light!," Aurora shouted. "Princess, where is the key?," Merida asked. "It's in Maleficent's staff, she hid it by trapping it inside, so she'll be watching it, please find her, you can just go back to me!," Aurora shouted. "Alright, Hiccup, you come with me, Merida, shoot the arrow from the chandelier, Rapunzel try to grab that carpet, go on the higher ground so that you can catch her, and Merida, after you shoot, run up and help Rapunzel ok?," Jack asked. "We got it...go!," Rapunzel said.

Jack and Hiccup ran and look for Maleficent. Merida shoots the arrow, and Princess Aurora was free. Rapunzel glides her way up and grabbed the carpet. "Merida, now!," she shouted. Merida went up and helped her to the carpet, they perfectly catch Princess Aurora. "Thank you guys," Aurora said. "Let's get away from here princess," Merida shouted. "Let's follow them, look...I think I know where she is, follow me," Aurora said. Merida and Rapunzel followed her. 

As Jack and Hiccup stopped, they saw Maleficent in the room, sitting on her chair. "Well, well, well...if it isn't my favorite heroes in the stories, I can say I love your story so much...especially when you all, died," Maleficent said. "Be careful in every word that comes out from your mouth, or else," Hiccup said. "Or else what? You may have defeat the creatures but you will never defeat the destiny, you are all destined to die, and that's it, even if you tried harder, destiny is much stronger than you are," Maleficent said. "Just shut up and fight," Jack said. "If you say so...Guardian," Maleficent turned into an enormous dragon, just like the past. "Toothless now!," Hiccup shouted. Jack and Hiccup rides on Toothless. Merida and Rapunzel came. "We need a little help here," Jack said. "Ok, were on it," Rapunzel said.

They are now about to face one of the most terrified villain of all, what will happen in the battle?
