A Decision

Laurence's POV

I had my stuff packed I stood at my bedside. Someone knocks on the door I look over and see Aphmau.
"Come in..." I put my book in my bag she walks in.
"Why are you leaving?" she asks. I glance over at her she had her hands behind her back.
"I would rather not say. I would sound like a coward." I say. She shakes her head. I finish packing stuff and sip up the bag.
"Laurence..." she grabs my arm. "What's wrong. Tell me please." she says. She stares in my eyes. I bit my lip.
"F-fine... Garroth said I should leave because im a bad guard and I was foolish to get myself act like that." I say looking down.
"Why would Garroth do that?" she asks. I could feel her eyes looking at me. I felt like a child and she was my mother.
"Im sorry but I should be leaving." I say still looking down. She takes my chin and makes me look at her.
"Let me talk to Garroth." she says.
"Get it done quick im getting ready to leave." I say looking down again. She takes me fmchin again and kisses me. I sit there shocked. I kiss her. I put my hand on her face and she stops.
"Lord Aphmau. You didn't have to do that." she shakes her head.
"I'll miss you just... Let me talk to him." she says. I nod.
"Im going to go play with Levin and Malachi." I say. She nods. I get up and i walk up to Levin and Malachi's room Aphmau walks to the guard tower.
"Hey boys!" I say walking in.
"Laurence!" they both say. They run up and hug me.

Aphmau's POV

I walk to the guard tower Dante stands outside.
"Hello ma'lord." He says. I stop walking.
"Where's Garroth?" I ask. Dante looks over at the Tree house.
"He said he was going over there." He says. I nod and run to the light house. I run past the barn. "Hey Aphmau!" Kiki calls i wave and keep running. I make it to the door of the lighthouse.
"Garroth!" I call and look up I see light. "Garroth I know your up there!" I climb up the stairs and open the gate. Garroth stood there looking at the water. "Garroth why is Laurence saying you told him to leave?" I ask annoyed.
"He was a coward a foolish coward. He almost got you killed. He shouldn't be here." I stare at him confused.
"Garroth why would you ever say that?" I shout. He turns around.
"You don't understand." he says. I shake my head.
"If you let Laurence walk out of that gate I will follow and not be lord anymore." I say. He stares at me.
"I would got apporagize to him or im gone too." I say. I throw open the gate and walk out leaving Garroth there.

P.s everyone im going to try and do at least 2 or 3 chapters a day because Im always adding new chapters to this. Hope yall love the book so far!
