The Lie

Aphmau's POV

"This isn't how I really want to spend my day Sasha." I said. We all sat in Laurence's room at my house. Laurence stood at the door. Sasha sat on the table. I sat in bed.
"What do you mean that was a lie?" Laurence asks. She chuckles.
"Gene got your power Aphmau you can still heal but he can use your powers. He is healing the shadow lord. The only way to stop him is if I take you prisoner and you kill him. Without a inference." she says. I start to shake.
"Then why were you on their side? In trying to kill me!" I shout.
"Aphmau... Calm down.." Laurence says. I was still mad I couldn't calm down.
"I wasn't on their side I was doing my part. If I didn't they would use me to heal the shadow lord." Sasha said. I l stare at her.
"Sure..." I say. Still annoyed and mad.
"Aphmau! She's on are side." Laurence says. I stare back at Sasha.
"Aphmau you have 3 days to make your actions right. Gene will have fully healed the shadow lord and your village is as good as dead." Sasha says. I didn't hesitate.
"Im going." I say. Laurence interrupts.
"No you aren't." he said I look at him mad.
"What you don't trust me? I need to kill him Im not letting him get away with healing the shadow lord! If he does everyone here is dead! Everyone in the world could die! You really want to be the one to hold me back from saving my people!? Laurence!? I though you trusted me!" I shout. I get up push past him at the door and storm off.

Laurence's POV

I stare as Aphmau stormed off.
"Im going after her." I say. Sasha grabs my arm.
"Don't... I will something is wrong... You won't do good if you go after her." she says. I nod. She walks off. I stood there wondering why she did that. I realised what I did. I never meant to do that. I shouldn't have.

Sasha's POV(I don't think this will happen often ps)

"Aphmau!" I shout. I ran after her. She was heading toward the huge tree house.
"Sasha leave me alone!" she shouts back. I run after her. She walks into the woods. I follow her.
"What was that?" I ask walking up to her. She sighs.
"He doesn't trust me. Im going." she says. I nod.
"Go tell him that.." I say. She nods. With no fight back we walk back.
Laurence sat on the bed me and Aphmau walk in. I sit in the chair Aphmau sits next to Laurence.
"Look Im sorry... But Im going..." she says. Laurence looks at her.
"What if you die? What if you fail i'll have no one." he says. I was surprised. I didn't know they had chemistry. I think.
"Laurence that won't happen... Im going tomorrow." she says. I look at Laurence he tenses up. I stared so did Aphmau. I didn't really understand WHY Laurence wouldn't let her go.
"Fine go see if I care." he says. Laurence gets up and walks out of the room. I stare so does Aphmau.
"We leave tomorrow.." I say. She nods. "Where can I stay?" I ask. She shrugs.
"I doubt Laurence will sleep here tonight so you can sleep here." she says. I nod. She starts to walk to the door. I stop her.
"Thank you... You are really a kind person. But killing Gene won't be easy." I say. She nods.
"How do we do it?" she asks.
"Well first you must bring down his hopes drain him of his power. Once he grained it should be as easy as a stab to the heart." I say. She nods and walks away I stand there and think. Hope this works. I think. I realize I was looking out the window. It was dark. So I sit on the bed and try to sleep but fail.

Aphmau's POV

I sat in bed thinking about... How did Gene get my power? Then I stop that nightmare was probably how. I stared out the window. I see someone sitting at the docks the figure starts to make out in my mind. It was Laurence. I get out of bed and walk down the stairs. The front door was open. I look around and see nothing. I close it then walk to the stairs. I saw someone walk up to Laurence. It was Sasha I stare as they talk. Then there mouths stop moving they look at each other. Then kiss. I stare my mouth open. They sit there my heart broke that was it. I won't wait tell tomorrow I was leaving now. I run inside and grab paper. I write.
Dear Laurence,
I saw you kiss Sasha. That broke my heart so Im leaving tonight. Im probably gone by the time you read this but. Im leaveing for the Nether Sasha doesn't have to come of she doesn't Im leaving. I loved you. I thought you loved me... Guess I thought wrong.
I put the note down. I change clothes I tape the note onto the front door and grab a little boat. I walk out the front door. As I look down to the docks Laurence gone Sasha walking up to me. Before she tries and talks to me I punch her in the face. Then walk away.
"What was that for!?" she shouts I keep walking. "Where are you going!?" I put this boat down in the water she grabs my arm.
"Im going to Nether." I say. She nods and hops in. I sit in back she sits in front. I grab a paddle and start she does to. As we push off I look back Garroth stood in the window of the guard tower watching us leave. I hold the communication amulet in my pocket in case. We row on to Bright Port.
