Getting Ready

Laurence's POV

I was in my room after putting Levin and Malachi down for a nap. Aphmau walks in.
"If Garroth doesn't apologize soon. Im coming with you." she says. I stare.
"What about Levin and Malachi?" I ask. She looks down.
"We would only be gone for a period of time ill tell them im going on a trip. Zoey can watch them I trust her." She says. I nod. "Go pack some stuff and tell the boys ill meet you at the gate with Dante." I say. I grab my bag and go to get Dante. I open the front door Aphmau goes upstairs. I walk to the guard tower. I walk up to Dante.
"Hey Dante me and Aphmau are going on a trip can you meet me and her at the gates soon?" he nods. I see Katelyn. She walks up to me.
"So what yeah doing today guard?" I think if I should tell her or not.
"Come here." I pull her to the side of the guard tower.
"Garroth said I should leave and Aphmau said if he didn't apologize to me soon she was going it leave with me for a period of time." I explain.
"Can I come?" she asks. I look at her.
"Sure if we end up leaving. Go pack some stuff." I say. She nods and runs off. I walk to the bridge. I reach the bridge and picture the way Aphmau was saying she was ambushed or attacked happened. I stood in the spot she said she was standing in i picture the way she was explaining it.
Then I appear next to her. It was that night she was on the bridge Dante running to her. Brain came from the other end of the bridge and they fall off the ledge. I snap out of it.
"Wow... I wish I was there to help. I walk to the gate and wait.

Aphmau's POV

Laurence walks out the front door I go up the stairs into the kids room. Zoey stood there. I explained quickly why I was leaving she nods and walks away.
"Hey guys!" I say they come and hug me. "Levin. Mommy's going on a trip. I'll be back soon be a good baby boy for Zoey ok?" he nods and hugs me.
"Mom?" Malachi asks. He takes my hand and pulls my outside the door.
"Why did you kiss Laurence?" he asks. I remember that Malachi was a ghost kid.
"I did it to make him quiet. I didn't want to hear what else he had to say." I say. He grins. I smile.
"Why are you leaving with him? When will you be back?" he asks. I smile.
"How long do you listen to my conversations for huh?" I ask. He chuckles.
"Well Malachi im leaving with him because he needs someone to be around him. I i'll be back soon take care of Levin for me ok?" I ask. He nods and hugs me.
"Stay good my little ghost boy!" I set him down he walks in by Levin.
I go in my room and pack some stuff. I open the door and shut it and walk to the gates.
