A Lost Love (a Larmau fanfiction)

Nahraka

Katelyn's POV

"We really have to pass threw a whole village of thieves?" Vylad asks. Aaron said we couldn't go around. So we have to stay a day. We were still far off sea.
"Yes Vylad we do if we want to make it to O'khasis." Aaron says. I snap out of my thoughts. "Katelyn take the wheel. I've been doing this all night." he says. I did and get up. I grab the wheel. "Just keep on going straight--" his words were cut off. The boat shook. I fell down but grab the wheel. The others fall. I grab the wheel and steer us back the way before.
"What was that?" Vylad asks getting up. I look around i didn't see anything.
"I don't know.. Watch were you steer." Aaron says. I nod and go back to steering.

Laurence's POV

I wake up on the ground. Aphmau still passed out. "Everything ok up there?" I call up standing.
"Yeah!" Vylad calls. I get up and change. Then climb up the ladder. I could see part of land make out in the distance. I point.
"Over there!" Vylad says getting up. Katelyn seems to have saw the village see starts toward it. I go down under the deck and shake Aphmau. She groans and turns away.
"Wake up." I say. She groans no. "Wake up little girl." I say laughing. She groans more. "Aw... Do you need your mommy?" I say mocking her.
"Stopp.." she says annoyed.
"Wake up pretty princess. My sugar bun." I say mocking her. She turns over and hits me with her pillow. I grab her pillow. She groans and pulls the covers over her face.
"Come on." I say. She groans. I pull the covers off her. She crosses her arms and pouts.
"Guys get up here!" Aaron calls. I pull Aphmau out of bed and head up. A man stood at the end of the docks. Aphmau climbs up the ladder and joins me. I stare at the village. It looked beautiful. Especially with the mountains and trees stretching away further into the distance.
"Welcome to Nahraka village travelers!" the man says. I smile.
"What brings you here?" the man asks. I was about to say something as Aphmau jumps in.
"We are just passing threw on are way to O'khasis." Aphmau says. He nods.
"Well if you wanna get there you would have to dock here. But as village rules. I would like to ask you all to step off your boat for inspection." he says. I grin confused.
"Why must we step off?'' Katelyn asks. The man chuckles.
"Just don't question us. Be careful when you walk around thieves lurk. Now if you would step off." he says waving us off. Vylad steps off so does Aaron. I grab my bag and follow. Aphmau and Katelyn look at each other then walk off. They step on off we all look around.

Aphmau's POV

"Now what?" Aaron asks. I turn and look around.
"One we should go fond a hotel or something. Im not walking to O'khasis during the night." Katelyn says. I nod. I start walking. There was a intersection. I stood there.
"Where should we--" I get interrupted. By my bag getting stole rate off me. "Hey!" I yell. The person looks back and starts running. I run after them. We ran around bends then I corner her. "Give that back!" I say. She opens up my bag and takes out my gold.
"Why?" the voice was high and pitched. I stare.
"That's my stuff and my money!" I shout. She laughs.
"To bad I need this." she says. I walk up and grab my gold and bag. She pulls the strap breaks. "Oh no.. Look what you've done." she says mocking me. I punch her in the stomach and walk away. "Wait!'' she calls. She grabs my shoulder. I shake away. "Please I need just one ingot." she says. I stop and think. Fine. I grab and ingot and drop it. Then walk away. From the side of my eye; she picks it up and watches me walk away.

We find a little bar that had a free room. After a while of me talking to the lady. I finally convinced her to give me the room. It was small with two bunk beds. Vylad offered to sleep in the chair but I took it.
"What's the plan tomorrow?'' Laurence asks.
"I think just get to O'khasis before nightfall.'' Katelyn says. I nod. Vylad stared down at the ground spaced out.
"Vylad? You ok?" I ask. He shrugs.
"I just hope my father is still alive and Zane too." Vylad says. I nod and get up.
"Be rate back." I say walking downstairs. I go outside. The sky dark and peaceful. I walk around careful of thieves. I stop at the boat.
"You may go back on your ship. Are inspection is done." the man says. I go and grab my bag. I look threw it, all my extra diamonds and gold was gone. I grab my bag and go up. The man walks away diamonds in his hands.
"Hey! Give those back!" I shout. He ignores me. I run over and pull my diamonds out of his hand. He turns and puts his sword to my throat. I stare at the sword.
I take a breathe. "These are mine not yours.. Get that sword away from my throat. Now." I say in a harsh voice. He shakes his head and pushes it harder. I stare hard at him.
"Get the sword away from her." someone says. I saw Laurence out the side of my eye. Laurence held his sword to his back.
"Jackson! Drop the sword!" someone shouts. I stare.
"J-Jackson?" I stutter. He stares. Laurence drops his sword. Jackson drops his.
"Aphmau..." Jackson says. I still stare. "I thought you were dead." he says harshly.
"Jackson. Give her the money back. I saw you take it." the man says. Jackson puts his hand in his pocket and throws out the gold. I pick it up and put it in my bag. "Jackson go.'' the man says. Jackson walks away I watch him leave. The man walks up to us. "Sorry about him." the man says. I nod still watching Jackson leave.
"Its ok. Thank you." Laurence says.
"What brings you fellows here?" the man asks. I turn back to them. Laurence takes a breathe.
"Were just passing threw, on are way to O'khasis." I say. The man nods.
"Enjoy your stay." he says. I smile and nod. Me and Laurence head back. He stops me before we walk in the bar.
"You ok?" he asks. I nod. Then he looks at my neck. "A little bruise." he says. I nod.
"How did you know I went to the boat?" I ask. He smiles and shrugs.
"One place you must have gone to get your bag." he says. I and look at the mountains. He takes his hand and places it on my face and kisses me. I kiss him. We stay there. He pulls away. "You can have my bed tonight. I'll take the chair." he says. I blush and nod. "Come on." he says heading in. I follow him. We get upstairs. The others were sleeping. I kiss Laurence on the cheek then head to bed. I sit on the bed. Me and Laurence meet eyes. I smile and lay down and drift to sleep.

Ok... I have realized i've been spelling O'kasis wrong. Lots of you are probably annoyed I'll spell it right ok? Ok. Sorry the chapter is a late one. Reasons one. I've been busy. Two. I mite make a new book based off Aphmau's past Idk yet.
