The Dance

Laurence's POV

I get in my tuxedo. It was black with a green tie. I straighten my tie Dante next to me.
"So who are you bringing?" I ask him. He chuckles.
"Kawaii~chan my wife of course. Who are you bringing?" he asks. I look at my reflection.
"I want to bring Aphmau... But where's Garroth?" I ask. He looks at his reflection and glares at himself.
"I don't know I haven't seen him lately." I look at him we glare at each other.
"Well let's go get are lady's." I say. He nods we both climb down the ladder. We get out side and walk are different ways.

I get to Aphmau's door and knock. She comes down the stairs and opens the door. My mouth drops open.
"Y-you look beautiful..." I say she smiles.
"Same for you..." she says. I smile.
"Well let's go.." I say. We get down the stairs I run ahead into the plaza.
"Hey!" I hear Aphmau yell. I have everyone gather in front of the stairs to greet her. I wait behind them all and hold a flower behind my back. She walks up to the crowd.
"W-what..." she gets cut off by everyone cheering and yelling.
"Happy birthday!" everyone yells. She pits her hand on her mouth.
"Oh my god..." she mutters. Everyone moves and clears a line for me to walk down. I walk down it toward Aphmau. Music starts playing. People were dancing. I get on one knee in front of her. I pull out the flower.
"May I have this dance?" I ask. She looks at me surprised.
"Yes..." she says. I get up and slip the flower on her wrist I take her hand and lead her to the middle of the dance floor.
We reach the middle I take her hand and we lock fingers. She pits on arm on shoulder I put my hand on her waist. We dance in circles she laughs I laugh. We stop take a break on sit on the bench well everyone dances.
"So have you seen Garroth lately?" she asks. I shake my head.
"He would've enjoyed this..." I say. She looks at me and smiles. ThE music starts to slow down. People start to slow dance. Dante and Kawii~chan were having fun so was everyone else. I set down my drink.
"May I have dance?" I ask again like I meant it. She smiles.
"Of course Laurence.." she says. I take her hand and lead her in the middle of the dance floor yet again. She pits her arms around my neck I out my hands on her waist. We move with the beat.
"I... That day when I had watch..." she asks. I look at her. " Were you awake when Katelyn asked ne who I liked I said Laurence and Garroth a little...?" she asks. I groan.
"Yeah... Do you hate me?" I ask. She laughs.
"Well I kind of figured out who I like..." she says looking down. I nudge her a little to give off i want to know.
"I kind of like you... Laurence..." she says had five red. I become surprised. Her face turns red. I grab her chin so she looks at me.
"We can talk about that later lets dance." I say. She nods and lays her head on my chest as we dance.

Aphmau's POV

Laurence walks me home we get to my door and stop.
"Thanks for the nice night Laurence." I say. He smiles.
"Your welcome ma' lord i'll see you tomorrow." he says. I nod he walks off. When he gets down the stairs. I let out all the air I was holding in.
"Few Im glad he didn't freak out when I said that.." I mutter. I walk up to my room undress get on pajamas and lay down in bed. I close my eyes and sleep..
