Kevin's POV

I was now making my way to where Jimmy wanted to meet up since apparently, he wanted to celebrate my birthday as well.

Only for my path to be intercepted by this purple-haired girl with glasses. She had always seemed to have a gift for me no matter the holiday as this time, she held up a medium-sized gift for me.

I never really got the chance to get her name or, well she never tells me her name. It's more like...She just handed me things whether handmade or store-bought before running away, no matter the weather, it always felt like she walked around searching for me and wouldn't quit until she ran into me...It was so weird...
"H-H-Happy B-Birthday K-Kevin," she stammered while holding out the present for me to take from her hands as it felt...Soft? "Uh, thanks," I said while looking at the gift before turning my attention back towards her. Or what would have been her?

If her silhouette wasn't already running off into the distance when I heard my wolf laughing his ass off as I just sighed and I shook my head before continuing my journey to the cafe Jimmy wanted to meet at which I don't understand why it needed to be a cafe.

He knows where I live and could have just met me there... "Wouldn't you not want to be alone with him? And besides he probably wanted to take you out to eat pup. It would be rude to make the birthday boy cook on his birthday,"
'I know two biches who wouldn't care about me cooking on my birthday. Not to mention I still hate the public, so we both know he could have just given whatever the hell he needs to give me to Matthew. So I don't see the point, anyway,'

I soon arrived at the place with a heavy sigh when I saw Jimmy flailing his arms around like a damn fish trying to flag me down...Literally...

'Maybe, I should just leave...' I was tempted to turn around and just head out, but I knew his tall ass would have just chaced me down if I did. But I'd rather avoid that situation as I shook my head with a sigh "Hey, Jimmy," I said while walking over to my seat in front of him, putting the gift that girl gave me down and removing my bag.

"Happy birthday," he replied with a wink before he pushed a small box in my direction while bouncing in his chair like a damn child.

"You seriously called me. To come here. For this?" I questioned getting a bit annoyed with him already "Yes. It couldn't wait for later and. As much as I would love to spend time with my favorite ball of destruction, this was the only free time I had to do this," he explained while waving his hands around.
As I looked towards the small box once more before unwrapping it carefully and opening the box, there lay a note that was neatly folded covering something under it.

When I glanced toward him once more, this time making eye contact. Waiting for an explanation.

However, his attitude seemed to have changed as he turned his gaze away from me when he leaned into his hands "It took me forever to wait for this day ya'know. So I could give this to you," he said while looking towards me once more.
But I guess my expression screamed, what the hell you pedophile cause he seemed to be trying to add more on while waving his damn hands agian.

"No. Not like that! I wasn't waiting to ask you out, even though it would be nice to go out with you. But besides the point, that gift," he then says but my expression did not change.

"It was a gift, from someone you know very well, who handed it to me to give to you on this very day...and...I think it would be best if you wait to take that out once you get home. But before you say, 'Why didn't you just give it to Matthew?' Well, it's because the owner of this box had told me to hand deliver this directly to you and I promised to keep this safe until you were of age," he then said though there was something about the way he said that made things...

"Uncomfortable? Confusing? Not right? I need to call the cops?"
'Shut up, so I can think!'

I was then pulled out of my conversation when Jimmy sighed earning my attention once more "Look, Kevin. You're going to thank me for this later, ok, and as for lunch I'll buy. Just not from here though. I know you're not much of a cafe kind of guy." he said before standing up in his seat while I closed the box back 'I guess I'll check it out first before calling the cops on him,'

"You give that man too many chances pup. You must have Stockholm Syndrome..."
'I don't and the last five doctors I've had in the past had a couple of accidents,'
"*Sigh* Such an aggressive 13-year-old..."

I then got up from my seat and saw that he had already left which was new since normally, I'd be the first to leave. Oh well, shoving the small box into the pocket of my jacket, I grabbed my bag and walked out of the cafe so I could finally head home...

It was then, during my journey home, something had caught my attention for a split second, until all of a sudden...

My vision went back...
