Bright sunny yellow eyes scanned the area, searching for something or someone...Until the owner of said eyes closed for a second, then lifted his head slightly taking in a deep breath through his nose.
Allowing his senses to be filled with the cool icy air, which was also entangled by a sweet scent that almost made him blow his cover and drove him nearly insane with need...To protect...
To keep safe...
To care for...
Opening his eyes, he could now locate where the trail was leading him, as bystanders nearly screamed and quickly got out of the way from just his eyes alone.
Leaving them to wonder who ticked him off this month?!
But, luckily no one was in any actual danger, he began walking as his hand clutched at the soft gift tightly in his hand while moving on autopilot toward the addicting smell.
When he walked, there was a bit of a sway to his step almost like a zombie that made those around him try to get to the other side of the street quickly to get out of his path, almost getting hit by cars while others either got inside of buildings nearly dragging their small children/teens on the way inside to protect them.
Though there was one parent who used their kid as bait while moving out of their way, but the yellow-eyed teen just walked past the small child who had their eyes covered and shaking violently, and of course, that parent got jumped by those who witnessed their cowardly act of parenting in which they tried to defend themself by saying what if their child was the cause of ticking off the beast...
But that just ticked the mob off further instead of reassuring them...

Moments later, the guy had arrived at his desired destination which was an alleyway...
"Hm?" he hummed confused once he snapped out of his trance as his eyes scanned around before landing on a small body that was curled up on the ground...
"What are you doing here? And in the cold no less?" he questioned while moving closer to the body...Until he froze as his eyes glowed brightly....
They...
.
Looked so thin...
.
.
Frowning deeply, the redhead walked closer to the person before kneeling in front of them. They looked almost skin and bone while dangerously pale...As they lay on the ground in nothing but a short-sleeved tattered shirt that went their midthighs with small shorts... They seemed nearly lifeless beside the small shaky breaths that left their lips every once in and while...
Their thin and long brown hair was sparled everywhere, though be it a bit wet and frozen to the ground which further worried the redhead "What happened to you?" he whispered while reaching out to lightly touch their cheek.
This caused the person to flinch away for a second at the sudden touch, almost as if they were shocked but soon after a while they relaxed, allowing the redhead to touch them once again as this time they slightly moved closer to the alpha's hand seeking more warmth from him."Don't worry, I'll help you little one..." he whispered once more before thinking of something to keep the brunette warm when he remembered the gift that was given to his counterpart, as he then pulled his hand away.
In favor of opening the gift to see what was inside of it, just to reveal a fluffy blanket as he sighed in relief.
Thanking the moon goddess for the gifter's choice as he took the blanket out to use and carefully wrapped up the small person who hissed at the sudden action causing the redhead to freeze agian.
