It was a cool winter afternoon when a young male walked out of a hospital building, he looked around 17 with dull deep honey-colored eyes glaring at the pavement.

While making his way home alone, bystanders avoided him,  wanting to get out of his way as soon as possible, as they didn't want to further annoy the teen and cause another freakout.
Heaving a deep sigh, he pulled his scarf up to his nose to keep the winter wind from nipping at it before shoving his hands deep into his jacket pockets, turning his attention ahead of him on the way home...

Once he finally arrived at his desired destination after nearly an hour or longer of walking, revealing a small two-story house that sat alone, outside of the vicinity of the town. Just the way he liked it.

Zero neighbors

Zero noise

Just pure isolation

It relaxed him when he got the chance to finally recharge like this. As he fished out his house key, he made no time to unlock the dark oak wood door, letting himself in just as fast before locking it behind him.
Taking off his shoes at the front door, he walked further into the house, before making his way upstairs to his bedroom where he removed his black beanie revealing a mass of rose red hair that was short in the back, with long bangs in the front that somewhat covered his eyes.

His wolf-like ears soon came out of hiding from underneath the cloth that covered them earlier keeping them out of sight, he then removed his black scarf and placed it onto his desk along with his beanie before taking off his winter coat. Then tossed it onto his computer chair, while heading towards his bed where he flopped on top of it—laying face first on his stomach when he turned his head allowing another deep sigh to leave through his nose.

"June 23rd..." he mumbled to himself annoyed before adjusting the way he was laying down so he could rest his chin on his arms and glared at his bed's headboard as his now bright sunny yellow eyes almost burned wholes into the wood.
His attention was soon taken away when he heard his phone go off in his back pocket, he sighed once more before pushing himself up to retrieve it then answered without checking the screen.

"What..." he answered in a dead tone, almost as if he knew who was calling him when a cheerful voice with a bit of an accent sounded on the other end of the device.
-'Hola, Kevin! Are you coming over tomorrow?'

"Yea...Yea. Wouldn't miss it for the world," the redhead replied with bitter enthusiasm while sitting correctly and slightly rolling his eyes.
-'Nice... Ah... Though you sound upset, what happened amigo?'

"They're. Coming back..." Kevin then said after a long pause of silence as he made sure to emphasize the word 'they're' with a hint of venom in his tone.
-'What, already? When?'

"June...23rd," Kevin answered while rolling his eyes that now, glared holes into the wall as if it was the cause for his annoyance.
-'Woah... That's shorter than normal, what's the occasion?'

"Don't know, don't care. All that matters is I'm glad I didn't have to tag along with their sorry asses to be their atm guard dog agian," the alpha then growled.
-'Well. I guess the main reason is you'll be 18 this year mi amigo. So you don't have to go,'

"Right..." Kevin then mumbled something under his breath before sighing once agian "Have you done your homework yet?" the wolf then asked while running his fingers through his crimson locks.
-'I- WE're not talking about that right now! We-'

"Goodbye Birdbrain," Kevin said cutting the other male off instantly when a loud annoyed groan sounded on the other side of the phone.
-'Adios  Kevin...'

Then with that, the alpha hung up his phone before getting out of bed to go to his desk figuring he wouldn't just laze around as he pulled his chair out while turning on his computer in the process.

---(Time Skip)---

The redhead was now looking out of the large glass double doors, watching the snow fly past his window like rainfall due to the strong winds, when a slight sigh left his lips.

He hated. No, DESPISED the people who claimed to be his so-called 'family' in fact, he would rather live alone instead.
He only tolerated a few people anyway, that being a specific doctor of his, who he wanted to cut off but... Then there's his friend with his family. That's it. He hates other humans and is content with being a lone wolf...Ok, there was one other human he didn't mind, but he kept them at arm's length barely speaking a word to them. Since they would just give him a gift and then run off somewhere.

Now, back to the fakers that want to be his 'family' who are nothing but a bunch of gold-digging asshats with a hard-on for total control over him.

Not to mention, they always try to play the victim card around others since he was oh-so feared by the people in town that the others tend to take their side over his. Solidify his hatred for the morons that lived here.

Growling to himself, the alpha decided he'd just go for a quick run in the woods to blow off some steam and possibly allow his wolf to stretch its legs since it had been a while.

So, getting up Kevin decided to strip off his clothes on the way towards the large sliding glass doors as he pushed them open, allowing the cool wind to nip at his exposed skin, causing his body to instantly relax and cool his nerves.

As he then walked out of the house, he closed the door behind him and shifted into his large wolf form with copper-colored red fur as pastel-yellow eyes scanned over his territory, before running off into the woods.
To not only let out some extra energy and scale the area further for any trespassers that were stupid enough to enter onto his turf.

Soon after a while, he had made at least 3 to 4 rounds on his turf, when the large canine was finally satisfied and trotted back home to warm up and get some rest.

Knowing tomorrow was going to be a Very. Long. Day...
