Doctor Fosters room is small and decorative. Covering the whole wall is photos and quotes.

"So heather how are you feeling?" Doctor Foster asks, she's tall, curvy with beautiful her red hair is tightly placed in a bun at the top of her head and she is beautiful. When she smiles her dimples show and her teeth shine.

"Well.... I don't know" I really don't want to talk to her I don't like opening up

"Now Heather my job is to help you and support you and I can't do that if you don't open up. Now from what I've seen your showing signs of Disosative Identity Disorder which happens when in childhood trauma a new identity is created to deal with it better and in your case it's whatI've heard is your sister yes?"

I nod

"But on the night of her attack it was your mother yes? "

I nod again

"Now will you begin to let me know what usually happens"

I shake my head

"I'm here to help you heather"

I get angry

"I don't want your help I want my sister back. I want the sister who was there for me throughout my whole fucking life. I want her to be okay so i can see her again " I'm crying now

"Now I understand that Heather but your sister still is in hospital in a critical condition"

That's when I snap

And I blackout

"Youre trying to take my little sister away, feed her up on drugs make her a fucking zombie?" I/She cackles
" you lady are nothing but an overpaid scammer you leave my fucking sister alone" i/She am maniacally laughing now and I see shiny scissors that my hands grab for , the doctor doesn't notice.

We push her against the wall and hold the scissors to her throat

"Youleave Heather alone or I will kill you"

Then it's all black and my body drops
