They finally let me out after what felt like forever.  I was shaking. I am contaminated, filthy and riddling with germs. I hate this. I run to the shower and spend an hour underneath the water cleaning my self thoroughly six times.

I couldn't breathe my chest was contaminated by the filthy germs. My chest ached.

A nurse came in to tell me I had group in ten minutes but I told her I wasn't going. She rolled her eyes and went to go get Taylor.

Taylor came exactly six minutes later which made my anxiety lessen a little. She didn'tenter my room straight away she waited 6 minutes then squirted hand sanitizer on her hand. As she walked in she kept her distance. I was rocking rapidly but as Taylor stood I began to rock softly.

"Hi Michael" she said sweetly
"Hi" I managed to reply
"you're room is lovely " she says changing the subject. This is why I like her she's not likethe rest she doesn't rush me to speak she eases the situation before I am ready to speak.

We spent the next hour talking. I opened up to get by telling her my worries about the germs and my dislike for the way the staff treated me. She validated my opinion, listened and began to advise me. She told me that it is good that I recognize my triggers and that she will inform the staff. Then she told me it would be helpful to come and join the group. I was reluctant at first but with a few aassuring words and smiles I agreed.

The group sat there and smiled, Luke already put a towel down for me to sit next to him. That was sweet, he even still had the gloves on.
"Thank you Luke" I said and say down

"So how is everyone" Taylor asked pointing to Cadence first
"I'm okay I guess just struggling " we all understood well maybe not in the same way but each of us were all struggling
