It's 11:00 am and I can't sleep, the snores echo through the hall and the only sound I can hear is the steps of nurses and Niall. He's back. I forgot to take my medication and he's angry.

"You betrayed me" he scowls
He's red and I can see the horns appear
"Scratch yourself" he demands and I obey. My nails claw at my skin and I bleed. He keeps making me. "Cover your arms with them" and I do so. My arm hurts.

"I think you should know that I forgive you" adds Niall and we cuddle. That's how I fall asleep.

"Wake up" a nurse yells
"Fine" I groan and Niall whispers to me
"Dont take your meds" so when it comes to medication I fake take them and walk out. I have to visit the psychologist today but Niall told me to lie.

"Hi Ashton"
"Hi"
"How are you"
"Really good, Nialls gone" I lie
"That's amazing now I saw your arms are scratched want to tell me why?"
"I had a nightmare" another lie
The session all I say is lies. I have to obey Niall. He's all I have.

I go to sit by Luke but Niall growls me
"SIT ALONE" he demands
"Fine" I mutter
"Your fat by the way" he adds
"Stop eating" he says
"Fine" and I stop. He's right I am getting fat.

Group therapy was okay we just listened to a lady talk about her recovery and shared our achievements

"I've made a friend" smiles Luke
"I ate a apple" said cadence smiling slightly
"I talked about my dad" says Nina she covers her face
"I opened up about what happens when I blacked out" says Heather
"I'm a week clean" scoffs Calum
"I sat in a different chair" Michael whispers twitchibg
"Niall isn't with me" I lie

Taylor congratulates us and ends the session.

"Ashton I need to talk" she says catching me
"What?"
"You said Nialls not around but why are you always leaving a spare spot and looking to your left when you speak and before you speak"
"Um"
"It's okay Ashton but don't lie to me please" and she hugs me which aggravates Niall
"Kill" he screams
"NO!" I yell
"Fucking weak" he scowls
I'm crying and Taylor holds me
"KILL HER NOW" Niall screams
"GO AWAY" I scream
"Ashton come to the time out room" a nurse demands

- Four white walls and Niall screams at me
"USELESS SCUM"
"STOP" I cry
"Take your jersey off"
I obey too weak to argue
"rip it" i rip it slowly as the material is thin
"Tie it around your kneck"
I do so
"Tighter"
"tie it to the pole above you" I do what he says.
My eyes go black . All I see and hear is blackness
