It had been 2 days since the wedding reception and Clary was shareing a room with Connie grace and jacob at the hotel.
"Morning sweetcheeks" he said coming up behind a amazing looking brunette. He put his arm round her waist and kissed her lips before she parted.
"Morning handsome" she walked over to the toaster and grabbed her slightly steaming toast and sat down on the couch as jacob switched on the kettle.
Suddenly grace and one of the twin started clqapping then the other bruntte came round the corner clapping and laughing...
"May I present an Oscar trophy to my darling sister Clary on being an amazing actress!!" Said Connie whilst laughing "and may I also present Jacob masters with a Richard cranium award because he doesn't know who his wife is"
"Wait what?" Said Jacob clearly trying to process what just happened.
"Jacob my dearest brother in law.. You have just been pranked by your wife daughter and sister in law" said Clary as she began to laugh at Jacobs face.
"So I kissed Clary not Connie.. Oh my god I'm so confused" he said.
"The fact is jacob you can't tell us apart... There is one simple thing... Clary only eats toast for breakfast.. I don't because it always comes out charcole.. We have already had this conversation" said Connie "oh and did I mention that calry here is actually an actress"
"Oh wow cool" said Jacob clearly still trying to process what just happened.
"Well actually I have only been on adverts i haven't actually been offered anything massive yet but I'm and going to audition for some major films when we get back to holby" said Clary proudly
"Naww that's my little sister.. By a minute... But your still my little sister.. Anyway, Jacob i am taking all the girls shopping in town so maybe we could all meet up for dinner later this evening with all the ED.. I will text Charlie and let him arrange it as he is good like that! Ok?" Said Connie
"Yeah OK hun.. I will see you later" Jacob kissed Connie softly on the lips then started to walk to the door when Clary said..
"Oh and Jacob.. For the record... You a great kisser!" She said before closing the door to her room so she could get changed.
Grace and Connie were in the kitchen so over heard the comment and laughed.
"Bye girls have fun" said Jacob before exiting the room!
The girls got changed then at 11 am they went down to the lobby and met the others before heading to town.
They decided to walk there on the beach. Grace was running ahead with Alicia Dixie. Clary was talking and laughing with Robyn and Rita and Louise. zoe, Tess and Connie were walking together and chatting.
Just before they reached the town centre all of them huddled into a group and Robyn pulled her selfie stick and they took some really silly selfies, but they didn't give a damn.
They friendship between all the girls including grace was unbreakable. They were all family. It didn't matter if anyone moved to the other side of the world nothing would change! They all loved being in each others company and no man or woman could stop them from haveing a great time!
They got into the town centre and went in all the shops they fancied.... But most were shoe shops.
At 4pm zoes phone began to ring so she excused herself from the crowd and looked at the callers ID. It was Charlie.
"Hey Charlie we are in town just finishing up a few things"
"Hey zo, which shop asre you in exactly only if your in a shop that looks like a primark title at the front of the shop then a few shops down should be a pub... I don't know the name.. But us men are in there once you done."
"Ok we should be don't in the next 15 mins... See you ijna bit" Zoe put the phone down and said to the girls were the boys were.
15 minutes later they were all together and sat down with drinks in their hands with the boys in the bar.
Connie was sat down at one end of the table, and grace was down the other end with Zoe and Clary.
Grace was looking down at her feet and was very quite. Clary and Zoe picked up on this so Zoe told Connie that she was taking grace to the toilet with Clary.
They walked into the ladies and sat grace on the side next to the sink.
"Gracie what's up hunny?" Said Clary.
Grace just stayed silent.
"Come grace you tell us" said Zoe with a slight smile.
Grace opened her mouth to say something but then burst into tears. Clary pulled her into a hug and Zoe rubbed her back like you would with a sick child.
"Every.. Every night.. I am haveing bad dreams about what happened with cal and mummy... And I know he has gone but I don't know why I am still haveing nightmares" she cried into her aunts shoulder.
"Aw gracie" said zoe. "Wait here clary I will get Connie.. She needs to know."
Zoe left the bathroom and went back pout to the noise of the pub. She walked over to Connie and tapped her o t the shoulder
"Can I borrow you for 2 minutes?
" yeah sure"
Zoe lead her to the toilets, but just before they went in she stopped.
"Right Connie I'm going to tell you what's going on to save grace trying to tell it again. Grace has been haveing more night mares every night of what cal did to you and her when qyou were together. Clary is in there with her now but me ypou and Clary are the only people she will actually talk to other wise she is like you and will bottle up everything and then when you breakdown you seriously break down hard.. At the moment all we can do is support her and comfort her and make sure none of us are going away and tell her and reassure her that cal is never coming back!" Said Zoe as xlamly as she could.
"Oh shit... I should have been there for her" said Connie putting her hands to her mouth.
They both walked through the door then Connie walked over to Grace slowly and rubbed her back and Clary was rocking her from side to side trying to calm her down.
Grace looked up at her mum with tears running down her face. She gave her a hug then Connie pulled away.
"Ok grace look at me! Me aunty Clary or aunty Zoe are never going away ok? Never! We will protect you more then we will protect ourselves OK?" At this point Connie had tears running down her own face" cal is never ever coming back and he will not hurt me you aunty Zoe or Clary... But you will have to speak to us about any worries OK? Oh my god I love you Gracie" co now then hugged her daughter before everyone dried their tears.
They went back out to everyone else and grace sat on zoes lap while Connie sta back down at the other end of the table and told Jacob what just happened but they then all had a good evening after that.
Once they got back to the hotel it was pretty late and Connie Zoe and Clary thought it would be a good idea for each of them to take it in turns each night to sleep in graces room just to make sure she was OK and if she did wake up then she had someone there to help her.
