He was coming home

The mall was fun. But then Gem decided to do something bad. So now we are running from security

"Wait why am I running? I didn't do anything wrong" I say slowing down and leaning against a wall

"I thought you were my best friend!" Gem shouts still running

"This wasn't in the job description!" I shout back

"I hate you!" She shouts at me before disappearing around a corner

Seconds later security comes into sight

"Where did she go?" They ask me

"That way" I tell them pointing in the direction I saw her disappear and they go that way, I wonder how long it will take them to catch her probably not long since she can't run very fast

"I can't believe you betrayed me" she said to me as she was dragged past by the security guards

"I didn't realise that you were that slow" I reply smiling at her, she just stuck tongue out at me, rude and immature.

She better not tell that I stole my father's credit card in revenge or anything like that

Maybe I should go with them to make sure I don't end up in just as much trouble as she does

"Can we hurry this up?" Gem asks impatiently

"Well if you walked faster" I told her and she looked like she was about to kill me

Ten minutes later and we are finally allowed to leave, Gem just has to do a week helping out at the store that she caused trouble in and return everything she stole, she didn't steal anything so that was weird but we are just going to forget that they said that

"Took your time" Nathan comments as soon as I open the gate to my house

"Gem decided that she bored of being a good citizen and wanted to see what it's like being in jail or something" I reply kissing him on the cheek before opening the door, not surprising dad isn't home, he still be at work, surprisingly Seth isn't here.

Maybe he's staying with his mother for a while but I'm thought dad got full custody or something but maybe I'm wrong.

Oh well, he'll be somewhere around

Nathan disappears at some point I don't really notice, am I a bad girlfriend? Hope not.

Finally dad returns home

"Where's Seth?" He asks

"Not here" I reply flicking through the channels

"Why?" I then ask turning tv off deeming everything on it boring

"He disappeared during school and Ko one has seen him anywhere" dad says worriedly

"No one has seen Daisy since about the time he disappeared as well" he adds

"What?" I gasp scared for him, something bad must have happened to him

Even though he annoys me most of time doesn't mean I don't love him just don't tell him that

"I'm calling the police" dad tells me and goes into the office, leaving me on my own

My phone goes off but I ignore it and I soon hear the police walk up to our front gate

Bang bang bang

"Coming" I call getting up to open the door

"Hello" I say letting them in

"We are here about the missing boy" the older one said

"I got that" I reply

"Now who are you exactly?" The same guy asked me

"I'm the missing boys sister" I tell him

"Really?" He says questioningly

"Yes now dad is in his office which is that way" I reply pointing in the direction of the office and they go in

"How long will it take to get a good and definite lead?" I hear dad ask as the office door opens

"Depends might be a few days or a week or more" someone replies

Great, they can't even do their job efficiently
