Charles
I don't know what drugs Dad was taking when he decided to send us, princes, to a school of a lower standard. I mean what the fuck!
Yes... Princes curse. We are normal human beings.
"I can't believe our parents are making us go to school like regular kids! It's idiotic making us do this for public relations! I have taken more accounting math, than a college graduate would," Mason yelled.
"This is worse than the time Great Aunt Hishtonbop came over and made us attend thirteen banquets in her honer!" James said, obviously taking the news much worse then it actually is.
"I don't plan on going. I'll find a way to get out of it one way of another," I said.
"Sorry brother, but that is my job, getting out of unwanted tasks," James declared.
"Well, when you figure out an idea, oh great brainy one, let us know so we can join you," Mason replied.
James frowned and turned the atmosphere dark.
"It might not be so bad, guys," Alexander cut in. "We will be able to make friends that our parents have no control over and we ca..."
"Al, it's not gunna happen," Mason interrupted. "All the people outside this room will only want us for A) our money B) our good looks or C) our power."
"But we can still..."
"Sorry to burst your bubble and all, but..." James started.
"Don't wanna know!" Alexander shouted and started to leave the room.
"Stop and listen Alex!" I told him sternly. Thankfully, he listened. He had been moody all week.
"What is so important you have to stop my dramatic exit?" Alex asked.
"A lot of people will want to be friends with you just because your royalty," I stated.
"So?"
"So, people will want you just because of what you are, not who you are."
He raised one eyebrow skeptically.
It made everyone burst out laughing, Alex included. He lightened the mood automatically.
"But, I'm serious, pay attention..."
"Why aren't you warning us to bro!" Mason pleaded.
"Because," I explained, "the kids going to the school need the warning to stay away from you two! Not the other way around!"
"Awww! But, mom..." Mason and James said in unison.
"Haha. Very funny," I replied.
"Stop treating me like a little kid! I'll be going into the middle school," Alex bragged.
"But you are still only pint size!" Mason cracked up at his own bad joke.
"Uggggh! This is going to be a looong year," I moaned under my breath.
"What was that Char?" James questioned me by my hated nickname.
"I didn't say any thing," I replied.
" Whatever..."
