Eevon
I saw Janice, who had been giving me the silent treatment earlier, run towards me.
She whispered, "There's some creepy guy following me... I, I'm scared!" in my ear. I looked up and see Prince Dean striding toward us. I frowned, I don't want anything to do with him...
"Hey, I just wanted to talk!" he said to Janice.
I told him, "Take a step back... sir." Doesn't he know he's frightening her?
He stopped advancing. Strange...
"You look quite lovely tonight, milady," he tried pitifully to start a conversation.
"Thank you, but no thanks. Your kind remarks only hide the devil inside of you and I wish to take no part in your nightly frolics and flirts, sir," I replied curtly.
"You look familiar..."
"We have been introduced, my prince... and I wish to have nothing more to do with you."
"But wait!"
"Why?" I snapped, "It's not like any of this matters to you! You're just a fucking prince, who..."
"Eevon..." Janice interrupted me.
"What?" I asked.
"Wait! Your that girl I saw earlier today!" Prince Dean bursted.
"What?!?" Janice and I said together and we dropped hands.
"Early this morning... I waved at you from the balcony by my room and you waved back!"
He looked at me intently. Is he expecting an answer?
"Yes?" I answer tentatively. Creeper much?
"Ha! I knew I recognized you from somewhere."
"And we were just introduced an hour ago! Let's go, Janice. Janice?" I looked around. I don't see her anywhere. Ugggh!
I looked at the prince with one eyebrow raised and hands on my hips.
"What! I didn't do anything!" he defended himself.
"And I didn't say you did... Well, if you excuse me I will erase you from my memory for all time," I started to walk off.
"Hey! I didn't say you were dismissed, and for talking so rude to me, I outta have you beheaded peasant!"
"Man, you should get with the times. Nothing is more ancient and despicable than a guy doing just that... but that's my opinion. You have also been now properly dissed."
I walked away leaving him as confused as ever. I don't get why people always give one person all the power in government. It should be more equally dispersed. I hope someone like him doesn't get on the thrown.
