Chapter 18

-Kian's POV -

I felt guilty. Jc had come into my room last night and I had practically kicked him out. I don't know what got into me, I was just taken over by emotions.

We had to seriously talk about a lot of things, one being the kiss. I have already made up my mind that I would definitely not tell him about my strange new feelings toward him. I was now 99.9 percent sure he was straight and into Lia.

I went downstairs hoping I wouldn't see Jc. I don't have the best of luck.

"Hey! Kian!" Jc shouted rushing down the stairs to catch up to me.

"What?" I said expressionless.
"We're going somewhere," Jc stated.

"Um..I don't think so," I retorted, turning away from him.

"Yes we are. Me, you, Connor, Trevor, Ricky, and Sam." Jc smiled.

"How do you even know they'll be available?" I questioned, annoyed that he didn't tell me anything before.

"I called them last night. They said yes." Jc said, still grinning.

"What makes you think I'll go?" I said crossing my arms.

"I kinda of already paid, so you're coming," Jc replied, turning away before I could say anything more.

"So pack you're bags we'll be there for five days. We leave today." Jc said making his way upstairs to pack.

Although I didn't want to go, since Jc would be there and I was still pissed off at him I was excited to see the other guys. Jc still didn't know why I was upset at him and I planned to keep it that way.

I went upstairs to pack for wherever we were going. I really wanted to know what this mysterious place we where going to was, but I didn't bother asking Jc so I shot a quick text to Connor.

To: Connor From:Kian
Where r we even going?

To Kian : From Connor

Idk. Jc didn't tell me either. guess we'll have to wait and see.

To: Connor From: Kian
Well this is just gr8. Can't wait. *That was sarcasm*

To Kian: From: Connor
Lol. This'll be good for all of us. You never know, this could be...interesting for you two;)

Stfu. I don't like him anymore like that.

I didn't know what to respond after that because it was true. I haven't gotten over him yet. I don't know If I ever will. I'm just setting myself up for a heartbreak aren't I?

~Jc's POV ~

After my talk with JJ last night about needing a break I decided I would plan an "O2l reunion" considering the fact we haven't seen each other in months. It took some convincing but Kian finally agreed to go. I didn't know why he didn't want to go in the first place I mean he usually loves hanging out with all of us.

Unlike Kian though, I was pretty excited about being around Kia- the other guys. 'Fuck, what's the point in lying to myself. I had planned this in hope of being closer with Kian. It had been a weird few weeks and I thought maybe if we went on this vacation with the other guys then we can go back to being best friends.' But I'm not so sure anymore.

"Are you ready to leave?" I asked through Kian's door.

"Yeah." Kian replied flatly, opening the door and pushing past me with his suitcase in hand.

We put all our stuff in the back of the car and drove off to Ricky's house, where all the boys had agreed to meet up.

Kian decided to sit in the back seat, he hated sitting in the back seat. What the hell was going on with him? The only reason I could think of on to why he wanted to sit there was either because he wanted to avoid me or -there wasn't another good reason. I sighed sadly, turning back to concentrate on the road.

"There they are," I pointed out to Kian.

"I see them," Kian retorted getting out of the car and slamming the car door shut.

"Jeez, don't gotta be so rude," I mumbled to myself before getting out of the car to help Sam, Ricky, Trevor, and Connor put their bags in the back.

"RICKY! SAM!" I heard Kian scream as he started running toward them.

"It's been too long!" Ricky exclaimed pulling Kian into a hug. Sam came up from behind and tackled both of them making me laugh. I really missed these guys.

Before I knew it I was being tackled by a crazed Sam and Trevor.

"MY BITCH!" Trevor hollered getting on my back.

"If we're gonna make it to wherever we're going we have to leave now," Kian said pushing past me and starting up the car again.

"Okay, I'm coming." I said getting up from the ground.

"What's with him?" Trevor asked.

"I don't know." I shrugged looking at the ground confused as to why Kian had been acting like this lately.

"C'mon, you heard the man, lets go!" Connor said pushing me and Trevor toward the car.

"Now can you tell us where we're going?" Ricky whined, when I had left his driveway.

"Um.. Nope." I said smiling cheerfully.
'Ugh' they all groaned.

"You'll just have to wait," I sing-song fully said.

We all talked catching up except for Kian, which I found odd. He just sat in the back seat staring at his phone or occasionally whispering something to Connor.

Two hours had gone by since I'd started driving and we were coming close to the destination.

"WE'RE HERE!" I exclaimed pushing on the brakes.

"WHAT THE FUCK! YOU SHIT, YOU SCARED ME!" Trevor yelled holding a hand over his heart, indicating he could've had a heart attack.

"Sorry," I laughed.

"Wow, this place seems fun," Sam smiled looking at the scene outside the car.

"So it's like an amusement park with a beach?" Connor asked, his eyes lighting up like a kid who had just gotten a new toy.

"Yup," I smiled.

"Well what are we waiting for let's go have fun!" Trevor squealed, scurrying out of the car.

Everyone got out of the car except Kian. "You coming?" I asked offering him a hand to get out of the van.

He stared at my hand then in my eyes for the first time in the whole day.

"Since I have to," He said looking away from me and rejecting my hand.
I got the feeling he was hurt and that really stabbed me in the heart.
