- Third-Person POV-
'It was a mistake,' Jc had said. Those four words were all it took for Kian to give up. He was so done and felt he was stupid for thinking anything could happen between them.
He was so close to telling Jc how he felt, but he's kinda glad Jc interrupted him so he saved himself the embarrassment.
Kian walked back to the hotel in the darkness with only the lamp posts shining light.
The amusement park was completely abandoned during the night and not gonna lie it looked quite creepy like that.
He speed walked to the hotel and quickly entered, hating the feeling of being alone at night.
Kian then made his way back to the bar where the other guys were still drinking and dancing and probably having way more fun then he was.
He first noticed that Trevor wasn't singing any longer and that everyone in there was now dancing to 'club' music.
He made his way through the crowd, pushing past people in order to find Connor. He needed to tell Connor what had happened. It didn't take long for him to find Connor, well actually Connor found him.
"Kian! There you are! Do you know how long I've been looking for you!" Connor exclaimed, finally relieved to have found him.
"I asked some guy if they saw you and they said you left with some weird looking guy with hippie hair! I thought you were taken by a crazed hippie psychopath!" Connor yelled over the music getting him some weird glances.
"I just went with Jc.." Kian replied, looking down at the floor. Connor quickly took notice in Kians' weird attitude, wondering what had happened.
"Everything alright?" Connor asked with a genuine tone.
"If I'm being honest with myself.. No everything is bad, awful even, I should've never listened to your advice," Kian admitted already feeling the tears coming back.
"What happened?!" Connor asked, he was hoping it would've been good news, but judging by Kian's looks of it it wasn't.
"To make it short, I left the bar, Jc followed me then took me to the beach." Kian took a quick breath before continuing.
"He then brought up the kiss and I was about to admit my feelings for him when he interrupted me and told me he was straight, experimenting, and our kiss was a 'mistake.'" Kian finished, putting his head in his palms and shaking his head. He had really messed up hadn't he.
"Oh my god, why is Jc so oblivious to everything?" Connor asked to no one in particular.
"What if I start looking for someone else?" Kian suggested, really thinking the opposite because the only person who he wanted to be with was Jc, but clearly it wasn't mutual.
"Kian, all I want for you is to be happy, I don't care who it's with. Do I think you and Jc would be cute together? Of course, but in the end it's your decision," Connor reminded him.
"What I do think you should do is come out to him, he is your best friend in the end," he told Kian, who was currently chugging down an intense shot glass.
"I don't know Connor.. maybe I should, and who knows I might even tell him I'm already seeing someone," Kian laughed, visibly tipsy since he had had alcohol before coming back here.
