"Liam I think I know what's wrong" I told him as I walked in
"Niall it really hurts today" he sniffed
"I know you have tumour on you spine which you've probably had since you were born because it's quite big" I told him
"I don't think it's cancer but I'm gonna do a biopsy just to make sure" I smiled
"Will it hurt me" he asked softly
"Yes but not for long" I replied
"Niall, why are you so kind to me" Liam asked quietly
"Well, I lost my twin brother to cancer and I don't wanna lose another person, he was your age" I whispered
"Oh I'm sorry" he said
"It's fine" I replied
"Do you like music Niall" he asked as I was drawing the biopsy
"Yes as a matter of fact, my boyfriends are famous in a band called One Direction, do you know them" I asked
"No are they good" he asked
"Well I think they were coming to see you today any way" I smiled
Just as I said that they walked in and Liam smiled weakly. I noticed how much he looked like Zayn and Louis but thought none of it. I walked out and my co worker Josh walked over with a concerned look on his face
"What's his dad's name" he asked
"I don't know why?" I replied
"Well the blood tests came back and the thing is it says he's related to a Louis Tomlinson and a Zayn Malik-Tomlinson
"Really" I said astonished
