Whats wrong with Niall?

This is a second part of Diabetic but based On Niall getting diagnosed with Guillain-Barre after being ill for seven days

"For fucks sake, Josh, how do you get rid of pins and needles" Niall shouted to his boyfriend

"I'll rub them for you" Josh said

"I don't get what's happening, I'm constantly being ill and having pins and needles, it's starting to hurt" Niall whimpered

"Are you sure you wanna go to school then" Josh asked concerned about his boyfriends safety and health

"I'm sure I'll be alright, can you pick me up though" Niall asked as Josh dropped him off after waiting half an hour for the pins and needles to disappear

"Sure, see you soon, baby, don't forget to text or call me if you feel ill" Josh said before driving to Zayn's house where he met a tired looking Zayn and a hyped Liam

"Wow, kiddo clam down your gonna give your dad a heart attack" Josh chuckled taking Liam into his arms

"Man that kid is making me older before my time, right now your here we need to get Nialls birthday presents, we are actually dropping Liam at Louis's house" Zayn explained getting his phone and house keys

As the two men drove they laughed as Liam sang or tried to sing but didn't know any of the words. As they arrived at Louis's house Liam got extremely excited and tried to get of his seat but failed as child lock was on.

"Right see you guys later" Zayn shouted from the car as he drove away

"I'm worried about Niall" Josh whispered

"Why what's wrong with him" Zayn asked quietly not needing anymore trouble with the family

"He's constantly being sick and has pins and needles" Josh explained

"He's probably just getting sick" Zayn said trying to calm himself

"Yea, I hope so" Josh sighed looking at his phone which was buzzing

After hanging up, Zayn started turning round and driving towards Nialls school. He was met by Andrew one of Niall's best mates. He looked slightly pale and sick but motioned the two men to the classroom where a crying Niall who was just sitting on the floor was with Mister Higgins sitting by him calming him down

"Daddy, it hurts, I don't understand" Niall cried looking extremely weak and fragile

"I know baby, daddy is here now" Zayn soothed taking his middle child into his arms

"Any idea what happened" Josh asked

"He came up to the board to show an example and collapsed" Mister Higgins explained

"Josh call an ambulance quick" Zayn fretted as his son collapsed

That had been two days ago and the small family had been given more bad news. The middle child, Niall James Malik had been diagnosed with the severest type of Guillain-Barre. Meaning the small family of Josh and Niall had decided to move into his fathers house. 

When Zayn had found out the diagnosis he had broken down and broken his wrist in three places meaning he was still in a cast two weeks later. As Niall was carried into the house, he was handed to his father who cuddled his child close as he cried in pain. The Guillain-Barre diagnosis had taken toll on Niall who was constantly in pain and had to drop out of school because he had collapsed again three days after his diagnosis
