"LIAM HURRY UP, WE HAVE TO BE AT JAKES BY 7 AND ITS TEN TO" Billy shouted up to his brother who was still getting changed

"Billy, I need help" a small voice whimpered

"Ok, I'm coming up baby brother" Billy said walking up the stairs gasping as he saw the state of his brother

"I want it to stop Billy" Liam whispered as Billy tried to stop the blood coming from the child's nose 

"I know you do, but only four more chemo sessions and two more radiation sessions and then we will be in remission again" Billy said picking up the weak child who was only clad in a diaper and vest 

"I don't want any more clothes, too hot" Liam whispered sticking his head into Billy's neck 

"Ok baby, but I need to bring a jumper and trousers just in case" Billy said as he walked down the stairs

"I want to see JJ" Liam whispered as he was placed in his car seat

"I know, he's been asking for you baby" Billy told his 16-year-old cancer-stricken brother 

"What about Jack, Jack, Connor, Jacob and all the girls?" Liam asked as he looked out of the window while the two boys drove towards Billy's girlfriend's house

"Yea, they will all be there as well as some people that you won't know" Billy said beeping the horn scaring the little boy next to him when they were outside of Kaydi's house

"Don't beep the horn Billy, I don't like it" Liam said as Kaydi got into the car 

"Hi baby, hey baby Li, how's all the chemo and radiation going?" Kaydi asked as she kissed Liam's forehead and then Billys lips 

"They're finally nearly over, aren't they Billy" Liam said as he smiled at the girl he had grown to see as an older sister

"Yea baby, right we need to get going or we are going to be late, like we always are" Billy chuckled as he started the car and sped off 

"Can I carry him, Billy?" Kaydi asked as she noticed that Liam was fast asleep

"Yea sure, make sure his head is resting on your shoulder, though, he has been getting really bad neck ache recently another one of the many side effects he has been getting from the severe chemo" Billy said as he handed his fragile brother to his girlfriend

"What other side effects Billy?" Kaydi asked as they walked up the drive

"Nose Bleeds, as you can see he is in nappies, severe joint and muscle pain, mild seizures, all his emotions are haywire" Billy listed as he knocked on the door just as Liam woke up whimpering 

"Liam my baby, why are you crying?" A husky voice spoke from the doorway

"KIRK" Liam cried out reaching for the dad of his boyfriend Jake

"Hey baby, shall we go find JJ?" Kirk said as he let the three kids in and took the youngest into his own arms 

"I missed him" Liam said as he cuddled Kirk still whimpering every so often

"He has missed you to Li" Kirk said as he walked about the house walking passed people kissing, drinking and swearing

"LIAM" a happy voice yelled from outside 

"Jake son, no need to yell he isn't deaf" Kirk said as he handed his son his boyfriend who quickly  made sure to kiss the boy on the lips before walking away to go back to his friends with Liam on his hip

"You need to have a jumper baby" Jake said as he walked outside to where everyone was sitting 

"No, too hot" Liam said as he cuddled Jake while he shivered

"How about if you were weairng Jack's jumper?" Jake asked knwoing the boy loved the man

"V or W?" Liam asked as Jake sat down with all his friends 

"It depends on who you see first" Jake said as he sat the boy up who instantly noticed the Jack he would steal the jumper off of 

"Veggie" Liam giggled as he called out Jack V

"Yo JV, throw your jumper over for my little baby" Jake said cuddling his still shivering boyfriend
