Zayn- 38 had Louis at 18 years old, had Niall 17 years go and had Liam 8 years ago

Niall- 17 in relationship with Josh Devine who is 22 and a bad boy covered in tattoos and piercings. Zayn and Louis don't like her, Liam loves him

Liam- 8 has diabetes but doesn't know

"Daddy, I don't feel great" Liam whimpered from where he was trying to sleep on his olders brother Louis chest

"Do you want something to eat Li" Zayn, Liam's daddy asked from the kitchen

"Yea, please" Liam whispered snuggling into Louis more

"I'll make you a sandwich and a drink, Josh is coming over for dinner later as well so dress smartly, Lou is Harry coming as well?" Zayn shouted from the kitchen

"Yea he is, straight from work so he'll be a few minutes late" Louis yelled only to whisper a sorry when Liam whimpered holding his head

"Here you go bub" Zayn said handing Louis the sandwich

As he was eating Josh walked in with Niall giggling about something Josh had said, Lima seemed to perk up a little but not much when he saw Josh. However once he finished the sandwich he threw up and cried for his daddy to hold him. Zayn was stressed his baby hadn't been keeping anything down and was getting really quite skinny. You could feel his ribs when you held him, and it was sometimes obvious the poor boy wasn't feeling well because he was finding it hard to keep his body up most of the time.

"I know bubby, it hurts, I can't help, you won't tell me where it hurts" Zayn cried holding his crying baby while all his children watched

"Mister Malik, oh Zayn, come here" Josh said taking Liam and giving him to Niall

"Why is he crying, I don't understand" Zayn cried into Josh's chest

"We don't know but we will, your strong, he's strong" Josh said hugging his boyfriends dad

"Joshy, why daddy cryin" Liam sniffled

"He's worried about you babe, come give him a hug" Josh said taking Liam from Niall's arms and putting him in Zayns

"Love you daddy" Liam whispered

"I love you too, so much" Zayn whimpered kissing his child and hugging him close

"Right me and Harry shall make dinner" Louis said as his husband walked into the house

That had been three days ago. If anything Liam had been getting worst and worst he wasn't even keeping water down anymore and could hardly sit up on his own. Zayn spent most days crying at how weak his son was getting.

"Please Liam, tell me what's wrong, I need to know how to help you" Zayn cried as his son wailed and screamed

"Daddy, it hurts" Liam screamed crying in pain

"I know it does, but I don't know how to help you" Zayn cried out voice rising a big

"Daddy, make it stop please, I beg you" Liam cried out loudly

"I KNOW, I DON'T KNOW HOW TO HELP YOU" Zayn shouted till crying

"Zayn, Zayn, calm down, your scaring Liam" A soft voice said

"I didn't mean to, I don't know how to help him" Zayn cried sliding down the wall hands shaking

"Call Dr Sugg quick" another voice said soothingly

"To tight, move back, please, can't breathe" Zayn fretted shaking more and more

"Mister Malik, let me through please, hey Zayn" a recognisable voice of Dr Sugg made Zayn relax but not completely

"Can't breathe Joe, hands won't stop shaking" Zayn whimpered not opening his eyes

"Take my hands and we shall stand together, we are going walk outside ok" Joe said to his client

"Can't stand, shaking to much" Zayn said shaking still

"You trust me though, I'd never let you fall" Joe said taking Zayn's small hands in his

"You won't let go" Zayn asked his hands grasping Joes

"Promise" Joe said helping man stand up

"Where's Liam, is he ok" Zayn asked opening his eyes and looking in Joe's

"My husband Caspar is looking after him don't worry, we think he has diabetes" Joe said still holding Zayn's hand

"Outside, Caspar, me and you are gonna have a chat" Joe said rubbing Zayn's back

"Joe, can't breathe again, it hurts" Zayn whimpered tightening his grip on Joe's hand

"Ok, come on, here we are we are outside" Joes soothed rubbing Zayn's back

"Hey babe, you doing alright Mister Malik" Casper asked

"To shaky for some reason, he's calmed a bit now" Joe said

"Is Liam ok, is my baby ok" Zayn whimpered his breathing quicken up again

"He's fine, calm your breathing for me" Casper said sitting next to a wheezing Zayn

"I need my husband, please" Zayn cried out

"Oh Zayn, he's not here no more, he'd want you to breathe and be strong" Joe said soothingly

"Your not own your though, you have Josh, Niall, Harry and Louis to help you look after Liam" Joe said feeling sorry for the man

Zayn's husband Simon had been in a car crash over four years ago and had died three days after an infection over took hi a hen he was in a coma. Little Liam and Zayn had been the only people there. Liam had just cried shaking his papa the man who had helped him walk and speak was gone. Where as Zayn had had a breakdown, he cried screamed and shouted for Simon to wake up scaring Liam and getting the attention of nurse Sugg and his husband Dr Lee who have he,led the family since

"So Zayn, he is diabetic which means daily injections, I'm sorry" Joe said rubbing Zayn's back as he cried
