Niall: 34 years old, married to Liam, Zayn and Justin

Liam: 33 years old, married to Justin, Niall and Zayn

Justin: 36 years old, married to Niall, Zayn and Liam

Zayn: 18 years old, married to Liam, Zayn and Justin, cerebral palsy sufferer, just been diagnosed with Stage 2 Luekemia and got cochlear implants when he was 2 years old 

Harry: 35 years old, married to Louis, step-brother to Niall, Uncle Haz to Liam

Louis: 35 years old, married to Harry, step-brother to Liam, Uncle Lou to Liam

The family four sat in the hospital room, not making a noise as the doctor told them that their youngest husband had cancer of stage 2. Zayn was currently just sat shaking in Justin's arms, this had killed his mother just after she had him, he was born 4 and a half months premature, doctors were surprised that he was still alive. His father? He had left as soon he found out that his wife was pregnant.

"Zayn, we have to start treatment straight away, or you might lose more than your hearing" the doctor said as he kneeled by Liam

"I don't wanna die like mama did" Zayn whispered 

"You won't, if you start this treatment babe, I'll make sure you won't" the doctor said as he gently took the small 15 year old off Justin's lap

"You promise?" Zayn asked gently resting his head on his doctors shoulder and slipping his thumb into his mouth

"When will we be starting doctor Turner?" Liam asked as he stood up along with his two other husbands

"Well today is Monday, so shall we say Wednesday?" Doctor Turner said as he looked at his book

"Will it be straight to Chemo or?" Justin asked taking Zayn back into his arms

"He'll need a port put in as well as a Hickman Line" the doctor said as he singed some papers which basically meant that Liam could start as soon as possible

"Alright thanks doc, we will be back Wednesday" Niall said speaking for the first time 

"Take care of him" Turner said smiling at the small child who was falling asleep on Justin's shoulder

"We will thank you" Justin said walking out the office

THREE YEARS LATER

"Zayn babe, come on we have to get the scan" Justin sighed as he knocked on the door where Zayn had hidden himself

"No J, I don't wanna have this stupid cancer anymore" Zayn cried making Justin sigh 

"Just come out, there is no chemo today" Justin promised, knowing this scan was actually to make sure that the Cancer was gone

"Just me and you, nobody else" Zayn said as he opened the door slowly

"That's fine" Justin said smiling at the now 18 year old, the fight of this cancer had been so hard, he had lost his hearing in both ears, nearly lost his sight and he very nearly died three times form the toxins in the Chemotherapy

"Love you bubba" Zayn whispered as he hugged his oldest husband close

"I love you more baby,now come on let's get this over and done with" Justin said picking his 18 year old husband up

AT THE HOSPITAL

"Right, Zayn you need to take any metal and your hearing aids off please" the doctor said as he set up the MRI Scan

"I can't take this off, can you help me J" Zayn asked quietly,talking about the ring and necklace that his husbands had gotten him when he was first diagnosed

"Of course babe, right there we go" Justin said, as he gently kissed Zayn, as he took off the boys hearing aids 

"Don't like" Zayn whispered quietly 

"I know but it's only for a little while" Justin signed as the doctor motioned that he was ready for Zayn

"It'll take around 30 maybe 45 minutes" the doctor said, "You're welcome to join me"

"Thank you" Justine said following the man as he sat in his chair watching his husband go into the MRI machine 

"Well would you look at that, no evidence of disease" the doctor said, a large smile on his face

"What? we were told he'd be disease bound for at least 5 years" Justin said surprised from how well the Chemo and Radiation had worked 

"Well it seems the highly toxic Radiation was the one that did it" the doctor said as he turned the  machine off, bringing a sleepy looking Zayn out of the MRI Machine
