Louis had been in an abusive relationship before he joined One Direction, he'd found out he was pregnant with twins and sadly they had come 3 months early making them extremely fragile and ill babies. Two years later (Louis is 16) he auditioned for X-Factor, being put into the band with Harry who is 18, and Niall who is 19. Five years later and the band is going strong but the other two members are not aware of the fact that their youngest band member has twins, despite the fact that Louis and Harry have been going out since the first year of One Direction. Niall is now engaged to Josh Devine the drummer.

Louis is now 21 years old

Harry is now 23 years old

Niall is now 24 years old (still engaged to Josh)

Josh is now 25 years old

Zayn is now 5 years old, needs glasses and has asthma

Liam is now 5 years old, has cerebral palsy and autism, needs hearing aids and glasses

"Louis, I know it's late but Li had a fall at school and was brought to hospital" the career of Louis's twins said worriedly down the phone 

"Shit, what happened?" Louis fretted quickly standing up, shocking the three other men in the room

"All I know is his legs have gotten weaker, he'll need new AFO's as well" Ruth continued 

"I'm on my way Ruth, is Zee with you?" Louis asked he quickly rushed to  find his shoes

"Yea, he's fast asleep, he had asthma attack from panicking and tired himself out" Ruth said gently 

"Ok, I'll be there in like fifteen minutes, they will both need nappy changes soon as well" Louis said motioning for the three men to follow him

"Lou babe, what's going on?" Harry asked as he followed his boyfriend to the car

"I haven't been completely truthful with you guys" Louis whispered as he started the car

"What do you mean mate?" Niall then asked from the back holding onto the car as Louis sped off

"I have twins, I was in a abusive relationship before One Direction" Louis explained as he pulled into the hospital, quickly switching the car off and then running into the hospital  

"I'm here to see Liam Tomlinson, he's my son" Louis rushed out to the receptionist 

"Sir, please calm down, he's right this way" the receptionist said gently guiding the worried man to where Liam and Zayn where staying 

"Louis, I'm so sorry, I took my eye off of Liam for two minutes to help Zayn breathe" Ruth said as she noticed Louis come running 

"Ruth, it's fine, you can't constantly watch both of them" Louis soothed, taking Zayn into his own arms and hugging the older twin who was sleeping soundly 

"I'll be off home Louis, see you next week" Ruth whispered kissing Zayn's forehead as he slept

"I'm sorry Lou, I need sometime to myself" Harry whispered as he turned and ran off out the hospital 

"Will you guys stay?" Louis asked quietly as he watched his boyfriend of four years run off

"Of course babe" Josh said as he took the sleeping Zayn from Louis as he walked ingot eh hospital room where a even smaller boy was sleeping 

"Oh Li, what happened?" Louis whispered sitting by the sleeping five year old

"Daddy" a small voice whispered

"Hey baby Zee, you ok?" Louis asked gently 

"Hug please" Zayn asked reaching for his father who was sat opposite him

"Of course baby, Ruth said you got very scared seeing Liam fall" Louis whispered as he hugged Zayn

"Yea, he wouldn't stop crying and shouting for you and the teachers weren't paying attention, but Ruthie helped me and then she helped Liam, but it didn't stop him from crying" Zayn said resting his head on Louis shoulder

"He must have been very scared?" Louis said turning Zayn round so he could see his baby brother 

"He's moving daddy" Zayn whispered as he noticed Liam's hands and feet twitching

"Babe, got to Josh or Niall please" Louis whispered as he let Zayn run over to his mates 

"Dwaddy" Liam croaked out 

"Hi there monkey" Louis whispered as he gently turned on the child's hearing aids

"Dwaddy my wegs huwrt" Liam whimpered coughing as he sat up

"I know monkey, but daddy is here and I'll make them feel better" Louis soothed, just as the doctor came into the room

"Hi there Liam, so we just need to take moulds so that we can make new AFO's for you and then you can go home" the doctor said gently 

"Nwo, dwaddy pwease" Liam croaked, his throat still dry

"Baby, you need these or else you'll keep falling over" Louis said gently as the doctor took Liam's right foot and gently placed it in the moulding clay

"NWO NWO NWO" was all Liam yelled as he tried to take his leg away from the doctor 

"Hey Li, my name is Niall, I'm friends with your daddy" Niall said as he made his way over to the crying five year old

"Hwi" Liam hiccupped 

"I had AFO's when I was your age, I didn't like it but look I can walk without them now" Niall said sitting by Liam

"Rweally?" Liam asked as he allowed the doctor to carry on

"Yea and sometimes I have to wear one on my Left leg as it gets tired easier than the right leg" Niall explained to the sniffling boy
