So there is M-Preg in this one, Louis will be having triplets all boys, named Dylan, Ryland and Tiny each will have a disability so yea. This will be timed by three but Tiny will be the smallest out of all of them. Also Liam will become his normal age of 16 because I think it will go better in the story 

Today was the day, Liam was getting his boobs removed and he was shitting himself with nerves, the poor boy hadn't left his mummy's side all day, and would cry if his daddy tried to take him away from his mummy. At the moment Liam was getting his morning feed before his operation, which is were the story starts

"Right, shall we get going then, I will finish feeding him in the car" Louis said standing up

Twenty minutes later, the trio arrived at the hospital, meeting them their was a new doctor called Dr Moya and he had told them that the surgery would take up to 5 hours and Liam would be very sore for a few days afterwards.

Liam was laid on the surgery bed with his mummy beside him holding his frightened small body while he was put to sleep, but of course as soon as Liam saw the gas mask which would put him to sleep he freaked out so and he wail nd screamed for his mummy to save him that Louis nearly snatched him up and took him home, but he had to be strong and soon Liam went limp in his arms

"Love you, my little angle" Louis whimpered kissing his sons forehead and walking out of the anethistsit room with a friendly nurse by his side 

"Lets take you back to your husband Mister Malik" the Nurse said rubbing a crying Louis back 

"He'll be alright won't he" Louis asked 

"Of course, he's in the best hands" Nurse Sally said opening the door to Liam's room where a sleepy Zayn was waiting but as soon as he saw Louis he was up an gathering his smaller husband in his arms 

"Louis, he'll be alright, hell he's the strongest fucking I have ever met" Zayn said kissing Louis softly 

"I want to have another baby Zee" Louis whispered an 1 hour later 

"You sure, I mean we lost 2 kids before Liam" Zayn said 

"I'm sure, do it now Zee, fill me up with your babies" Louis said slowly stripping down whilst Zayn locked the door 

Louis layed on the small hospital bed, waiting for Zayn to fill him up with children. Zayn walked over his dick swaying to and fro as he walked towards his husband.
