"Jake, I know you will hate me for this but I've had to take in a child last minute" Kirk said as he walked into his 30 year old sons room

"What why?" Jake complained already knowing that the child would be in some sort of unstable mental state

"His mother was found dead this morning and his father has been abusing his mother and him for his whole life" Kirk said as he sat down on the end of Jakes bed

"How long is he staying and how old is he?" Jake asked as he put the book he was reading down 

"He is staying till they track down any other family members and he has just turned 8 about two months ago" Kirk said as he stood up knowing he'd need to leave his son for a while 

"Eight, wait dad, I need to tell you something" Jake said suddenly feeling nervous 

"What Jake, I need to go pick Liam up" Kirk said causing Jake to cough as if he was choking 

"My son, the one that Jack had remember, he went missing, dad he's been found" Jake cried happily 

"How do you know its him, we were told he was dead, call Jack, he is the mother he should know when he sees him" Kirk said smiling softly as his son called his husband of 12 years 

"Jack, they've found him, they've found our baby" Jake cried as he called his husband getting the same response of crying and thank gods 

"Meet us at the centre, you'll have to bring his birth certificate" Jake said as he hung up the phone with a loads of love you's

"Come on JJ, lets go get him" Kirk said as he allowed the boy to walk out the door and get this shoes 

"I can't believe we might have found my baby boy" Jake said as he and his father drove towards the centre where the boy was waiting 

"I know, but don't get your hopes up yea" Kirk said as he parked the car and allowed Jake to get out of the car where his husband and three other children were waiting 

"Daddy is Li coming home?" his second oldest son year old son Niall asked from where he was holding Jacks hand tightly 

"Maybe honey, Louis you alright babe?" Jake asked his 12 year old son

"Yea, will he remember us though, I mean he has been missing since he was 3" Louis said as he held his youngest brothers hand 

"Of course he will, at least I hope so" Jack said as he looked at his husband 

"We found my twin brother?" Jake's older twin Zayn asked 

"We think so babe, we think so" Jake said as he picked up the 7 year old 

"Come on Jack, they want to see the birth certificate with his finger print and they also need Zayn seeing as he is the twin" Kirk said holding a hand out to Zayn 

"I go with uncle Kirk mummy?" Zayn asked politely 

"Of course honey, we are all going with Uncle Kirk" Jack said as he took 9 year old Niall's hand

"Hello there, how can I help you today?" the man at the front desk asked

"We are here to pick up the child, Liam" Kirk said as he shifted Zayn slightly 

"Ahh yes, could we have the birth certificate and Zayn, we need to have proof this child was kidnapped" the man said as Jack handed over the birth certificate 

"We will get it back right?" Jack asked uncertainly not letting go of the birth certificate 

"Of course sir, we only need a photo of it" the man said as he led Jack, Jake and Zayn through to a room where they could see Liam but he couldn't see them

"That's my baby brother, can he see me?" Zayn asked instantly recognising his twin brother

"How can you tell?" the police man asked 

"He has the same scar on his eye from when I threw the rock at him when we were three, three weeks before he was taken" Zayn said not taking his eyes off the boy in front of him

"We are going to put pictures up on the screen Liam, do you recognise them?" the women asked who was sitting with Liam

"That mummy, where is he?" Liam asked as he stared at Jack's photo 

"He's next door, what about this person?" the woman asked showing a photo of Jake

"My daddy" Liam said 

"Who are these two boys Liam?" the woman asked showing a picture of Louis and Niall

"That Louis, and Niall" Liam said

"Ok Liam thank you very much" the woman said only to be stopped by Liam

"Wait, what bout Zee, twin?" Liam asked tears filling his eyes 

"Who's Zayn to you?" the woman asked making the sign for the police man to bring Zayn into the room

"Twin, older twin" Liam whimpered just as the door opened and Zayn walked in

"Liam, is that you?" Zayn whispered looking at the boy in front of him

"Zee, Zee" Liam cried running forward and cuddling his older twin close feeling how much the boy had grown

"I missed you baby bro" Zayn cried as he continued to hug his brother

"Miss too, were mummy?" Liam asked in broken English as he let go of his twin

"Your mummy is here" the police man said opening the door to reveal Jack with tears in his eyes 

"Baby, Liam is that really you?" Jack asked walking into the room
