Everyone knew that Niall was the only gay member of One Direction, the other members didn't really mind as he was still their little snowflake. However some of the fans did, and regularly sent cruel messages to the boy on twitter and Instagram, explaining how he should be ashamed, and should kill himself. 

Most of the time Niall was able to ignore them but recently with the stress of Zayn leaving he had been struggling to cope with it, and had become increasingly quiet, clingy and nervous when the boys had public interviews, and sometimes tried to fake ill out of concerts. 

The other boys, along with their girlfriends, had started to notice and called Zayn back, knowing full well how close the two were, sand hoped that maybe he could suss out why Niall was acting this way.

"Niall love, come on" Liam whispered quietly one morning as he sat on his younger bandmates bed 

"No Li, I dont want to go" Niall whispered as he curled into himself more 

"Babe,come on, it's only a thirty minute interview" Liam said, just as his girlfriend Cheryl walked in 

"Niall sweetie" Cheryl said softly, also being very close with the boy

"Cheryl, I dont wanna go to the interview" Niall whimpered as he felt Liam get off the bed

"Liam leave us two, we will be down soon" Cheryl said, kissing her boyfriend as he walked out the room

"Please don't make me" Niall said as he finally sat up, eyes red from crying 

"Tell me what's going on babe?" Cheryl said bringing the small boy onto her lap, it was lucky that Niall was small because everyone liked to carry him about and cuddle him on their laps 

"Look at my phone" Niall said snuggling into Cheryl's warm body

'Oh baby, you shouldn't believe this, you're a wonderful person" Cheryl said hugging the Irish boy close as she read through some of the messages he had been receiving 

"I don't get why they don't like me" Niall said as he felt Cheryl stand up with him still in her arms 

"They don't understand how much words can hurt babe" Cheryl explained as she walked down the stairs into the kitchen where all the other boys and Eleanor, Louis girlfriend, were waiting

"But they talk truth, no ones gonna love me" Niall said as he was handed over to Liam 

"We all love you, that's all that matters" Harry said from where he was reading the newspaper 

"But not even me ma and pa will talk to me" Niall said as he wriggled to get down from Liam's arms to get some breakfast 

"Well they don't know what they are missing" Louis said as he stood by his girlfriend 

"Love you guys" Niall whispered as he drank the orange juice he had poured

"We love you to, now go get changed" Liam said as he watch the boy slowly walk up the stairs 

"He's getting worse, we need to get Zayn here quick" Louis said as he hugged his girlfriend

"I agree with Louis, he's been crying himself to sleep every night" Cheryl said 

"I'll call Zayn after the interview, and get him to come as soon as he can" Liam said just as Niall walked back downstairs in a pair of Liam's tracksuit bottoms and a shirt that Zayn had given him before he left

"You need a jumper as well honey" Eleanor said as she got the jumper that Zayn had left in the cupboard 

"Thanks El" Niall whispered as he tugged the black jumper on 

"Right come on you crazy bunch, we have to get going or we will be late" Louis said as he looked up from his phone 

AFTER THE INTERVIEW 

"I wan no go home" Niall cried as he walked tiredly to the car

"I know baby, we are going" Liam said, slightly pissed off how long the interview had been, it had only meant to be 30 minutes but had over run by a how 3 hours 

"Liam, you promised it was only a half hour" Niall cried as he sat in the car crying from tiredness

"I know baby, I'm not very happy" Liam said motioning to the other boys to get the other car os he could calm the boy down

"I'm tired and I wanna sleep and I want Zayn" Niall cried as he shuffled to be next to Liam

"I know lovely, I'll call ahead to Cheryl for a warm glass of milk" Liam soothed as he rubbed the crying boys back

"I just want Zayn" Niall shouted 

"I know baby, I know" Liam whispered as the driver pulled into the drive

"Want Zayn, not milk" Niall repeated 

"Hey baby, you a little tired Niall?" a female voice asked gently making Niall look up fast

"GIGI" Niall squealed reaching for the girl he adored

"Hi love, a little biddy too me you've been missing me and Zayn" Gigi said as she carried Niall through the house where a certain man was sitting

"I want Zayn" Niall repeated wiping his eyes

"Hi Ni" a voice said making Niall freeze before bursting into new tears 

"Oh baby, don't cry, here go to Zayn" Gigi said smiling softly as the crying boy was handed over to the man he loved so much

"Hi little man" Zayn said, hugging the boy close as he cried

"I missed you" Niall said as tears sped down his face, Zayn instantly notching how tired the lad looked

"I missed you too, now come on, me, you and Gigi shall go upstairs for a little nap" Zayn said as he motioned for Gigi to follow him

"We'll start making dinner" Liam said smiling as the three walked upstairs
