They are both deaf- Nouis, Ziam centric

"I have gone through the data, and I have to say its quite serious" The doctor told the 18 year old boy

"Whats wrong with my little brothers?" Niall asked as he watched his young brothers happily read their book 

"Thy are both deaf" the doctor said gently watching as the boy in front of him broke down

"I thought they were healthy, this is all my fault" Niall cried 

"No its not, they've been un able to hear for their whole life" the doctor explained gently to the crying boy

"What's gonna happen to them?" Niall whispered looking at the doctor 

"They will need surgery ASAP, to place cochlear implants in" the doctor explained 

"When will it be?" Niall asked

"I can slot you in tomorrow at 8 in the morning, they are not to eat or drink anything but water" he explained 

"How am I going to pay for this sir, I have no relatives left?" Niall fretted as he saw the price

"Us in the hospital know your situation and we shall be paying for it, don't worry about paying us back, we shall also get your brother's into school" the doctor said as he gave Niall the instructions for his 12 year old and 6 year old brother 

"Can I take them home?" Niall asked as he picked his stuff up

"Of course, get here for at least 6:30 tomorrow morning" the doctor said as he helped Niall get the two deaf boys attention 

"Thank you for paying for this, how can I repay you?" Niall asked as he carried his youngest brother, Zayn

"Let my little brother take you on a date, he thinks you're quite fit" the doctor said as he was holding the tiny 12 year old named Liam

"I'd enjoy that very much, but I don't have no one to look after my brothers" Niall said

"They can come with us, he wont mind" the doctor said smiling 

"Are you sure?" Niall asked as he kissed Liam's forehead gently as he whimpered 

"Yes, now come on, you can come back to mine" the doctor said

"I don't even know your name though" Niall said as he hugged his youngest brother close

"Harry Styles, my little brother is called Louis, he is 22" Harry said 

"I'm Niall, the one you're holding is Liam who is 12 and I'm holding Zayn who is 6" Niall said 

"Nice to meet you, now come on lets get you three home and ready" Harry said as he helped Zayn get his coat on while trying to allow Liam to stay asleep 

"Ok, whats the chance of the cochlear implants working?" Niall asked quietly as they drove back to Harry's house 

"99% chance honey, just look at them, sleeping so cutely" Harry said as he look through the review mirror 

"I know I sit every night watching them sleep to make sure they are safe, I just want this to work, my parents never gave them a a proper life, I feel like I'm a bad brother for not realising they were deaf" Niall said wringing his hands 

"Well you are a good brother, you've kept them safe all these years" Harry said as he parked his car in front of a medium sized house 

"Thanks Harry, do you honestly think Louis will mind the boys coming?" Niall asked as he got out of the car and quickly unstrapping the still sleeping 6 year old Zayn
