Tobin's POV;
"You love me don't you?" The sultry voice purrs in her ear, sending chills down her spine.
Tobin's throat felt choked up and she couldn't get any words out no matter how hard she tried.
"What's the matter?" The striker giggles, her hands rubbing up and down the older girl's abdomen slowly.
Tobin swallows the lump that's sitting in her throat.
"I'm sorry, I'm just nervous" She laughs, her cheeks getting hot.
Alex laughs and locks her gaze tightly with the midfielder's.
"Don't be nervous around me" The younger girl sighs and kisses Tobin's lips lightly.
The older girl simply nods, and reconnects their lips.
Slowly, the kiss grows more heated, but before things get too out of hand, the midfielder hears Alex's phone beginning to ring.
She glances over at the night stand at the device and sees Serv's name flash across the screen.
"I'm sorry, I have to take this" Alex climbs off of her and Tobin sits up, her brows furrowed at the younger girl as she takes the call out of the bedroom.
20 minutes go by and the striker still hasn't returned. The older girl grows anxious and begins pacing around the familiar room.
She hears the door click open and Alex's expression looks exhausted.
"Why is he calling you?" Tobin asks, her voice stern and upset.
"Tobin, sit down" The striker bites her nails nervously.
The midfielder does as her girlfriend commands and sits down on the bed.
"Serv and I," she begins but gets choked up immediately. "Serv and I, we-" she stops again and Tobin isn't sure if she's ready to hear her finish. "We've decided to work things out"
Tobin felt as if she was going to black out any second.
She wanted so badly to be angry at the striker, to go into a rage and tell her exactly how she felt, but all she could manage to say was, "Okay"
She let out a sigh, holding in the tears that swelled in her eyes, and got up off the mattress.
She whips the bedroom door open and makes her way out of the flat that once held so many fond memories.
"Tobin!" Alex's voice calls from a distance, slowly growing louder. "Tobin!" The striker says again.
The midfielder feels herself shaking at this point.
"Tobin" The voice says now in a soft whisper, everything was dark and Tobin opens her eyes to see her surroundings were that of a plane.
She sits up, letting out a sigh of relief as she glances over at her girlfriend sitting beside her.
Tobin takes Alex's hand in her own tightly, desiring the feeling of closeness that only the striker could provide.
"Are you okay?" The younger girl asks, tucking a strand of the midfielder's hair behind her ear.
Tobin nods, "Yeah, just a bad dream is all" She looks out the aircraft's window.
The older girl can feel Alex's eyes on her, and she knows the younger girl has a look of worry spread across her face. Her assumptions are correct when she hears her girlfriend begin to speak.
