;) back in business.
________________________________Alex's POV;
"Okay," Tobin begins, sitting down adjacent to the striker at the kitchen table. "You can go first"
The pair had decided after their dilemma yesterday, to confront each other on situations of concern and areas that they wanted one another to work on.
Alex looked back and forth between the written list in front of her and the deep brown orbs across from her.
"Alright," she starts, swallowing the lump that sat in her throat. "I think you need to be less controlling, clean up more often, do your own laundry, be less moody, and take better care of yourself emotionally"
Alex decided to throw in a fair share of serious matters with a mix of less concerning issues to lighten the mood a bit.
She smiles when she sees the midfielder grin as the younger girl speaks.
"I can definitely do all of that, except for the laundry" Her toothy smile turns into a curled smirk as she leans back in the chair, her hands tucked tightly into her hoodie pocket.
The striker rolls her eyes at Tobin's childish demeanor.
"My turn then?" The older girl asks, a bit anxiously which contrasted the devilish smirk that was plastered on her cheeks.
Alex simply nods and mirrors her girlfriend by leaning back in the chair, nervous to hear the midfielder's list of changes she wants Alex to make.
"Okay so, number one is to stop drinking and smoking. It's God awful for your body and it definitely changes you into someone else," Alex closes her eyes. "Next is to cook chilli more often," The striker opens one eye and sees Tobin smiling so she can't help but do the same thing. "Obviously, I can't stop you from making choices and talking to who you want to talk to, but I'd prefer if you didn't communicate with Satan, I mean Serv anymore"
The younger girl sits up, her body now tight and stiff. She can tell Tobin notices this by the glance she shoots her.
"Is that all?" Alex asks, leaning her elbows on the edge of the table.
Tobin shakes her head, "No," she chuckles. "More sex, more breakfast in bed, more sex, more Chinese take out, and did I mention, more sex?"
The striker feels herself blushing as she buries her face in her hands to hide the bashful grin she has growing across her features.
Looking up as soon as she hears the flawless laugh of the older girl across from her, her smile only grows.
"Like I said, you always have your mind in the gutter, Tobs" Alex sighs, as sh: to get up from the table.
"Wait!" Tobin shouts, causing the striker to jump at the sudden yell.
She sits back down, slowly regaining her composure.
Tobin shuts the notebook that her list was written in and slides it forward on the table as she leans up. Her elbows propped on the wooden furniture, her slender fingers entangled in each other.
"Apparently, some paps took pictures of us and Serv when we met up at that café and they're everywhere" She looks down at her hands.
Alex furrows her brow, unsure how to respond to this news.
"So I think that, um-" Tobin starts but stops.
