Chapter Twenty - Nine

Evelyn's pov

I shot up and look at my surroundings. I see my room and I'm in my bed. I look around the room and everything is there. My stuff, my pictures with my friends. What the hell ? I hear noises from downstairs. I quickly get out of bed and run down the stairs. I run into the kitchen and see my mum and dad.

"What are you doing here?" I ask them. They both turn around and smile.

"We came home late last night. We didn't want to wake you up. I walked into your room and you were sleeping so peacefully. But it's tuesday honey, you need to get ready for school" my mum says. I walk up to her and hug her. She's real. She's not dead. But that means, it was all a dream ? But, was Liam a dream then as well ? 

I walk back into my room and open my closet. I grab a black skinny jeans and a red tank top. I put them on and do my hair and make-up. I put on high heels and grab my bag. Just then, I get a text.

From : Liam

Hey babe ! Should I come pick you up ? 

xxx Liam <3

So, Liam wasn't a dream. But then what was ? The part where we died. The part where my parents died. But if my parents are alive, that means Amber is alive as well. That means, Thom, Danielle and Tyler are alive and not in prison. Did I dream the whole attack thing and everything around it ? Realizing Liam is probably waiting for an answer, I quickly text him back.

To : Liam

That'd be great ! See you in a few

I walk downstairs and walk into the kitchen.

"How are you going to school?" my dad asks. My mum hands me some cereal. 

"Liam is driving me" I say.

"Liam ? Who is Liam?" my mum asks. My dad looks curious as well. Okay, now I have a better idea of what was real and not. 

"Liam is my boyfriend. I ask him to come in and you can meet him" I say. They smile and nod. I dreamt  so much. I do hope it never actually happens. I hope it stays a dream, because then I have a chance to have a normal relationship and a normal high school life. I hear the doorbell ring and I jump out of my chair and run to the door. I open it and I see Liam. Before he could do anything, I throw myself into him. He chuckles and hugs me tight.

"Everything okay?" he asks. I nod against his chest.

"I'll tell you later, just, hug me" I say. He chuckles and hugs me tighter.

"Do you wanna meet my parents?" I ask him. He nods and walks in with me. Before I can say anything, Liam walks over to my parents.

"I'm Liam, it's nice to meet you" he says. My parents shake Liam's hand and they seem to like him. I look at the time and see that we're being late.

"We need to go now" I say. Liam nods and says goodbye to my parents. I grab my stuff and we get in Liam's car.

"So when are you going to tell me what was going on?" he asks me while he is driving rather fast. 

"After school?" he nods. We arrive at school and we still have 5 minutes. I let out a breath. A smile grows on my face when I see someone walking. I get out of Liam's car and quickly make my way over. Before she could react, I throw my arms around her and hug her. 

"Hey Eve" she says after she realises it's me. 

"Amber" I mumble. I feel her giggling. 

"I'm sorry, I had to hug you. I dreamt that you were dead and it looked real, so, it's good to see you" I say. Amber smiles. 

"Where is my hug?" I turn around and see Eleanor. I hug her as well. She's okay as well. When I let go of Eleanor, Liam has caught up with me. 

"You're being so weird" he says. I just smile. Everything is back to normal. Wait, no, I don't know it everything is back to normal.

"YO, Liam!" Liam turns around and Niall reaches him. He waves at all of us and smiles at me. I smile back. Niall. He's himself. I see two familiar girls walking behind them. They don't know me yet. My eyes fall on Cassie's stomach, and it's flat as ever. 

"Hey, Amy, Cassie!" they look over when Niall called them.

"Come meet Liam's girlfriend" Liam groans when Niall said this. Doesn't he want me to be his girlfriend ? But the girls quickly make their way over to us. 

"I'm Cassie" 

"And I'm Amy" 

"Nice to meet you, I'm Evelyn, but you all can call me Eve" I say. They smile and nod. 

"Hello, who's this?" I hear a familiar voice. My eyes grow a little wide, but no-one seems to notice. 

"This is Evelyn, but she wants everyone to call her Eve. Eve, this is Danielle, another good friend of ours" Niall says. She holds out her hand and I shake it. 

"Nice to meet you. Nice heels" she says. I look down and smile. She's normal.

"It's nice to meet you too and thank you" I say back. She smiles at me and then walks away. Before she can enter the school, Tyler catches up with her and they kiss while walking into the school. 

And then, I see the last person I wanted to see. But for some reason, am glad to see him, because that means everything is back to normal. Thom. 

"You ready?" Liam asks me. I nod and we all walk into the school. Amber hand-in-hand with Harry and  Eleanor giggling to something Louis said. I didn't even notice them with us. Niall is talking to Cassie and Amy and I'm walking with Liam. Everything is alright. No one is dead. No one wants me dead. I don't have a dead baby. Cassie doesn't have a dead baby. I wasn't raped, neither was Cassie. I have all my friends. I have them all with me. And I'm going to have more friends. I can't wait for this year.

Alright, so this wasn't my plan, AT ALL. I literally just came up with this twist.

I hope you all like this idea. I expect some of you won't like it, but this still isn't the end of my story.. 

I have a few more ideas, I just don't know if people will still read this
