Chapter Twelve

~ Evelyn

I decide to talk to Eleanor and Amber about it. I am not going to make decicion's on my own when it involves them. So we're sitting at a table at lunch, while Liam is over at the table where Amy, Cassie, Niall and Mason are. Louis and Harry are talking. 
"I need to talk to you about what happened with Thom" they nod. 
"He is after me. He wants to hurt me because I am with Liam. I still don't really know why. But anyway, I have a plan but you have to like it or not. If you don't, then it won't happen" I start. 
"What is it?" Amber asks. 
"I don't want to, but it might be better for you guys if I don't hang out to much with you. I know this sounds weird, but Thom wants to hurt me. And if we're not close anymore, he can't hurt me by hurting you and then you guys will be safe" I say. Eleanor looks sad and Amber looks blank. Louis puts an arm around Eleanor. 
"It might be for the best El" he whispers, loud enough so I can hear it as well. It makes me sad that he wants to give our friendship up so easlily. Yea, it's the plan, but I love them. They're my best friends. 
"I don't wanna do that!" Eleanor says and hugs me close. 
"I love you to much" I feel Liam's eyes on me, but I'm affraid to look back. 
"Are you sure ? Thom and some other people might wanna hurt you" I say. 
"I can't handle that" Amber says. 
"We shouldn't be close" she says and stands up, taking her lunch with her and walking away, Harry following her. 
"El, think about it, it's dangerous being around her"Louis says. I frown. 
"I know, but she's my best friend" she says. I squeeze her hand. 
"Well, I'm not staying around" Louis says. 
"Then you go, I'm staying with her" Eleanor says. Louis frowns, but walks away anyway. I hug Eleanor. 
"Are you sure?" 
"Yes" she simply says. I smile and take her hand towards the others. 
"Guys, Eleanor is here to stay" I say. The others smile. 
"El, you've met Liam, Cassie and Amy, but this are Niall and Mason" Mason shakes her hand, Niall following his movements. Eleanor sits down next to Mason, while I sit with Liam. 
"So, what's the plan?" Eleanor asks. 

We've been talking about things we can do about Thom, but we didn't really get a good idea, so we're just gonna go with the flow and see where it gets us. Cassie, Amy, Eleanor and I are at the lockers, just talking. Louis walks past Eleanor, without saying anything. She frowns. Then, her face gets this things I can't describe and she takes a few steps. 
"LOUIS!" Louis turns around and looks annoyed. 
"WE'RE OVER!" My eyes widen and I look at her. She smiles at Louis. I look back at Louis and see shock all over his face. Then, he just walks away quickly. 
"O my god El, I loved that" Cassie says, and hugs her. Eleanor giggles. 
"I didn't like him anymore anyway" Eleanor says. 
"Really?" 
"Yea, just needed a good moment to break up with him" I nod and hug her. 
"You know, Mason would be good for you" Amy says to Eleanor. 
"Really ? I thought more of Niall actually" Cassie says. Eleanor just blushes. Then, Amy and Cassie turn to me. 
"What do you think?" they both asks. My eyes widen. 
"Uh" Eleanor giggles. 
"I guess Niall" I mumble. 
"YES!" Cassie says. Amy just glares at me. I giggle. 
"Sorry Amy, but just look at Niall and Eleanor, they would look cute!" I say. 
"Who would?" I turn around and see Niall and my boyfriend. I smile and kiss him. 
"Nothing" I just say, while Eleanor blushes. Liam frowns. 
"I'll tell you later" I whisper and he nods. He smiles. Niall is just standing there. 
"Where's Mason?" Amy asks. 
"He felt sick so he already went home" Niall says. We all nod. 
"We should just hang out in town or something" Cassie says. We all agree and leave the school. 

I quickly texted my parents saying I won't be home for dinner, as we decided to just eat dinner in town. We're not just walking. 
"I wanna go to Starbucks!" Eleanor says, while she pulls me along to the door. I just giggle and start walking with her. We walk in and stand in line. The others slowly walk in as well. Liam and Niall don't take anything, while we girls all take a frappaciono. Amy, Cassie and I take Caramel, while Eleanor takes Java Chip as flavour. 

We're walking with our Starbucks in hand through the city, looking for a place to eat tonight. Suddenly, Liam start walking in front of me, holding me as well. I frown and look around me. I see Niall now walking in front as well, while Cassie and Amy walk close. Eleanor is cmpletely lost, same with me. Then I see it. Before I can do anything, Niall grabs Eleanor's hand and pulls her behind him. They come closer and closer. I feel Liam tensing up. 
"Well hello there" Danielle's voice sound. I just hold Liam's shirt with my free hand, while I start drinking. I look at Eleanor, and she looks scared, and so fragile behind Niall. Tyler and Thom are both smirking, while Danielle has a bitchy look on her face. 
"Isn't this a good little group" Tyler says. His eyes fall on Eleanor. 
"Ah, I see that you got a new one" he says. I frown and wants to take a step fowards, but Liam pulls me back. 
"She's none of your business" Niall says. He looks angry, even from behind. Amy and Cassie get their bitch faces on as well when Danielle looks at them. 
"Never thought you two would be friends with those loser that are nothing. I mean, look at them, hiding behind their boyfriends" Danielle says. 
"He isn't my boyfriend" Eleanor says, suddenly not scared anymore. Danielle looks at her. Niall holds Eleanor, but has a tiny little smirk on his face, when Eleanor stands taller, so the is in fact taller than Danielle. Eleanor gets the same face Cassie and Amy have on. I suddenly feel left out, and a coward. 
"You don't need to be so brave little girl" Danielle says to Eleanor. 
"Little? I'm taller than you" Eleanor responds. She wants to walk towards Danielle, but Niall pulls her back. 
"Niall, let me go" Eleanor says. That makes Niall pull her towards him even more. 
"Listen, we just wanna say that you can't protect her" Thom starts and his eyes land on me. Danielle and Tyler look at me right now as well.
"You might created a whole fucking army, but we have our ways" Thom continues. 
"You won't be touching even a hair of her" Liam growls. He literely, growls. He muscles are flexed and his face looks so angry. He is holding me tight behind him. I'm literely pushed against his back. 
"I wouldn't be to sure. We'll see each other again princess" Thom says directly to me. 
"Have a great day" Tyler says, and they turn around, and walk away.
