After the hovercraft left, me and Finnick decided to have some district 4 fun. We fished stuff from regular fish to oysters. It was probably the most fun I'd had these entire 3 days. We sat down and ate. Peeta, being the charmer he is, got a pearl out of his oyster and gave it to Katniss. I haven't really done anything but criticize their relationship, but something clicked when Peeta hit that forcefield. What if Katniss really does love Peeta? A scream snapped me out of my thought. We all looked over to where we heard it from. We saw water flood a certain area of the arena and then a canon went off, poor girl. The wave hit the cornucopia, but stopped once it hit a forcefield. It splashed all the way over to us. We saw a hovercraft come in and take the body away. Then Katniss warned us and said that someone was here. Her and Peeta hid while Finnick was grabbing his trident. I stood there and looked at who was there. It was Johanna and two other tributes. They were drenched in blood. I was so happy to see Johanna, we go back. We met once in the Capitol and it was like instant friendship. It was her first year mentoring.
A: *taps Finnick* It's Johanna!
F: Oh my gosh. Johanna! *runs to Johanna*
A: Johanna! *runs to Johanna*
J: Annie! Finnick! *runs toward us*
Peeta and Katniss ran over to where we were and Johanna started to explain.
J: Well...I got em out. We were all the way deep into the jungle where I thought it would be safe. That's when the rain started. I thought it was water, it turned out to be blood. Hot, thick blood. We were stumbling around, gagging on it blind!
I realized who the other two people with her were. It was Wiress and Beetee from 3. Wiress was continuously saying tick tock. Johanna got annoyed and threw her on the ground. Katniss almost killed Johanna, but was stopped by Finnick and Peeta. I was helping Beetee clean the blood off of him as all of this was going on.

I was laying on the beach with Finnick and Peeta, sharpening a knife, while Beetee was making some coil wire thing and Johanna, Katniss, and Wiress cleaned off blood. Wiress shouted tick tock and a few seconds later, lightning struck that tree. We all finally got it, the arena was a clock, with a new threat every hour. Lightning strikes that tree at noon and midnight. Wiress kept mumbling a song to herself as we all made a plan for this arena. Then we heard a gasp come from Wiress. Everyone turned around and we saw Wiress get stabbed by Gloss(male from 1). Katniss shot an arrow in his chest and he fell into the water. Then his sister, Cashmere(female from 1) came at Katniss, but Johanna blocked Katniss and threw her axe into Cashemere's chest. Then Brutus and Enobaria came out of nowhere. Finnick was fighting Brutus and Enobaria threw a knife at him. Yep, this bitch gonna die. I ran to Enobaria with a dagger in my hand. I threw my arm down and swung at her, but she blocked it and caught my arm instead, but with her teeth. I was bit by a bitch who had her teeth sharpened to rip people's throats out! I fell to the ground and Enobaria was about to finish me off, but more people were coming to help us, so they ran away. I winced in pain as I scooted back onto the cornucopia. Finnick came running to me, but didn't make it because the cornucopia started to spin. I fell to the ground, Finnick not to far away from me. I grabbed on with my one good arm and stabbed my dagger into the ground, but I was loosing grip. Finnick tried to reach me, but he was too far.
F: Annie! Hold on!
A: *grip loosens*
F: No! Hold on!
A: I'm trying! I can't!
F: Yes you can!
Just as my grip was about to loosen and I would be washed back into a crazy ocean, I heard Johanna scream no and Katniss fell into the water. Then the cornucopia stopped spinning. Peeta ran over to help Katniss get up. Finnick ran over screaming my name.
F: Oh my god Annie! *hugs* Are you ok?!
A: She bit me. *shows arm*
F: Enobaria?! Oh shit!
Finnick took off his arm sleeves, tied them together, and then on my arm. It was really tight because it was meant to stop the bleeding, so I wouldn't loose to much blood.

We got to the beach and Finnick took off the arm sleeve. It really stung from the salt water.
F: Is there any fresh water?
J: I can get some *walks away*
F: It just needs to be cleaned and then bandaged up.
A: Is it bad?
F: You'll live. *smiles*
A: *smiles*
Johanna got some water from a coconut and gave it to Finnick.
F: Ok fair warning, this may sting.
K: You can hold my hand if you want. *laughs*
A: *nervous laugh* How bad...will it hurt?
F: We'll find out.
A: *sarcastically* Great!
He pored the water on my arm slowly. It hurt like fucking hell! Stings everywhere, almost as bad as those pustules.
A: Ahhhhhhhh! *screams*
J: Shhhhhhh. Don't scream!
A: I can't help it god damnit!
F: *pores more water on her arm*
A: Oh for fucks sake! *groans*
F: Almost done.........
A: Ahhhhhh shit!
F: Done. All better?
A: What the fuck do you think god damnit?
F: Hey, at least it's clean. Now for bandaging. Is someone willing to give up their arm sleeves?
J: Ya. I didn't need them anyway. *hands over arm sleeves*
A: Thank you Johanna.
J: *friendly wink*
After a few minutes we start making a plan to kill the careers. Suddenly we hear a little girl scream Katniss, help! Katniss recognized the voice.
K: Prim! *runs after voice*
F: No! Katniss! Wait! *runs after Katniss*
Finnick's POV
I ran after Katniss when she ran after that voice. Me and about half of the other tributes have or had a duty to protect her. I had to make sure that she doesn't get herself killed.
F: Katniss! You ok?
Jabber jay: *screams* Finnick!
I knew that voice, that scream. It was Mags. Oh my god, Mags!
K: No, Finnick it's not-
F: Mags! *runs after voice* Mags! Mags!
K: Finnick! It's not really her, it's just a jabber jay!
F: How do you think they got that sound? Jabber Jays copy!
Then, a bunch of jabber jays came out impersonating different people. I even heard Annie. We started to run back to the others, but once we got there, a forcefield was blocking us. I kept smashing on the forcefield, hoping it would break, but it was no use. These voices are driving me crazy! I felt some liquid go down my ear. I felt it and looked at what it was, blood. I covered my ears and tried to ignore them, but I couldn't. The fact that I was hearing Mags and I had no idea were she was or if she was ok scared me half to death. Then I hear Annie's voice and even though I know it's fake, I can't help but get worried about her and just want to hold her in my arms of vice versa.
Annie's POV
I tried running after them, but a forcefield blocked me. I saw a swarm of jabber jays swirling around. I guess that's where the voices came from. I started to bang on the forcefield as I saw Finnick and Katniss running and trying to break the forcefield as well. Their ears were bleeding and they were shouting like maniacs. Finnick kept shouting words, but I couldn't hear them. They were Annie and Mags. Were those voices he was hearing? Me and Mags? Oh no. I started to bang in the forcefield to get his attention. He looked up and saw me and he started crying. He pressed his forehead against the forcefield and he covered his ears. I pressed my forehead against the forcefield as well. When will this hour end?! I want to be with him and not and inch away because of a forcefield, in his arms. I want that safe feeling again.
