Once I realized where I was, I shot up and tried to run, but I was pushed back down by a peacekeeper. I freaked out and punched him in the face. He smirked at me as he wiped blood from his nose. He grabbed my arm, grabbed a needle, and shoved it into my arm. It hurt worse than the tracker. I screamed in pain and he just laughed. The needle made me weak and I couldn't move. I soon fell back to sleep.

Fog, that's all I saw around me. I heard the screams of Katniss and Peeta behind me. Then I heard two canons. I looked behind me and Karniss and Peeta were no where to be seen, they were dead. I screamed for Finnick as I ran, but he was no where to be seen. I wondered if one of those canons was his and if Katniss or Peeta survived. I heard a scream back, it said Annie. I was about to scream back, but I was engulfed in the fog. Pain shot everywhere as pustules started to cover my entire body. My throat started to swell as I tried to scream for Finnick. Finnick ran over and went into the fog to get me. He reached me and tried to grab my hand, but he fell to the ground choking. I did the same not that long after. We were dead on the ground, our hands inches apart.

I woke up screaming for Finnick, but was again pushed down by a peacekeeper. I heard faint screams from the other room. I had heard those screams before, who was it? Oh my god.
A: Mags! *gets up*
P: *holds Annie down* Relax, we're only killing her.
A: You son of a bitch! *kicks in the dick*
P: *falls to the ground* Shit!
A: *gets up and runs to the door* Mags!
I ran to the door and saw a horrific picture in front of me. Mags was being whipped by the peacekeepers. I screamed for her, but a peacekeeper smashed my head on the side of the wall and knocked me out. My eyes flinched open for a second. I saw a lifeless Mags being carried out by two peacekeepers. A tear dropped form my eye, she was dead.
Finnick's POV
After finding out about Annie, I was angry, but to sad to fight. I needed her here with me. Who knows what they'll do to her in the Capitol. I didn't sleep at all, even though I was exhausted. I knew I would have nightmares and that it would only make me want Annie more. We finally got to district 13 and we were sent to talk to president Coin.
C: Hello. Welcome to district 13 and the revolution. Ah, I'm so glad you're here Katniss. You are the face of the rebellion, of course.
K: I'm not doing shit for you. I want Peeta.
C: Ms. Everdeen, I understand that you-
K: No you don't understand! None of you do!
F: *pissed* Really Katniss? Not even me?
K: Finnick I-
F: Don't. *storms out*
C: Mr. Odair!
H: Well, that went well.
K: *runs after Finnick*
I stomped to my room, holding back tears. I sat on my bed and then let it all out. I cried for minutes, until I noticed Katniss at the door.
F: *sniffles and wipes away tears* I'm not really in the mood to talk.
K: Finnick...I'm sorry. *sits on bed*
F: I don't know what to do. She's in the Capitol and now I...I...
K: Look Finnick, I understand-
F: Do you Katniss?
K: What's that suppose to mean?
F: Oh please, I know it was an act.
K: What?
F: You and Peeta. I could tell and so could Annie. That's why she was so angry at you all of the time. She hated that you got all of the sponsors because of your "love" when it wasn't even real and ours was.
K: I...
F: Exactly. *puts head in hands* You know I always thought that I would never be able to experience love, that I didn't deserve it because of all the shit I did in that arena. Then Annie came and I don't know, something just clicked the moment I met her. She wasn't like other girls, you know? She didn't swoon at the thought of what the Capitol pinned me to be, she saw past it. I can't loose her, I wouldn't be able to survive.
K: It's the same with Peeta, I just don't know if it's love or something else.
F: It's love Katniss. I can see it, when you look at him. When his heart stopped in that arena, that's when I knew.
K: Ya, but you and Annie really love each other. I promise you that I will do everything in my power to bring her back safe.
F: Thank you Katniss.
