"Kookie, are you still okay with coming in?," Tae turned back and looked at Jung, who's grip had tightened when they stepped up on the porch.
"Yeah, I'm fine," Jung Kook nodded, "Just don't leave me."
"I won't," Tae smiled and opened the front door, "Ever."
Tae faced forward and led the younger inside.
Looking around, he could tell that his dad went on another drunken rampage.
"Careful, Kookie. There might be broken glass somewhere. You can keep your shoes on," Tae let go of his hand in order to push the couch out of their way.
Jung Kook knew he probably looked stupid, standing there gawking at the mess in front of him, but he was legitimately shocked. How could one person destroy a place this way? It looked like a tornado came into the living room!
"I'm going to go get some clothes, you can check everything out if you want," Tae looked back to the latter then lightly laughed, "Or just stand there with your mouth open. Whatever suits you."
"Well, this is....insane," Jung Kook stepped further into the room, "How are you not shocked?"
"It's not the first time I've seen it," Tae lightly shrugged, "Don't worry, it's an easy clean."
Jung only stood there as Tae Hyung walked back towards his bedroom.
The younger looked towards the kitchen and saw many empty beer cans and intact bottles, as well as broken ones.
There wasn't an order to anything, probably because Tae wasn't there to look after his dad.
The television screen was busted and the pattern of cracks reminded Kookie of a spiderweb.
If I move in with Tae, we'd have extra space. His dad's room is definitely not a place I want to go, Kookie thought as he peered down the hallway that Tae disappeared into earlier.
Jung Kook's hyung had left his door open, and the younger could see him changing shirts.
He seems at peace here. Maybe I should move in...for him. Tae needs all the stability and comfort I can offer him.
"Tae?," Jung Kook made his way back to the older's room.
"Yeah?," they met in the doorway, Tae Hyung pulling his shirt down to cover his stomach.
"D-Do you....feel at ease here? Like....is it a different feeling than when you're at my house?"
Tae bit his bottom lip then shook his head, "No, not really. Your place has always been my home away from home though, so it really doesn't matter."
"But, are you more relaxed now?," Jung Kook looked pass him and saw that Tae's room looked untouched. It seemed to be the normal teenager messy instead of the psycho messy that he saw in the living room.
"To be honest....yeah. Everything here is just so much more....familiar," Tae reached out and grabbed the latter's hand, "Nothing against your room though. Your bed is really comfortable."
"I'm trying to be serious with you," Kookie leaned his head back and pouted, "Why do you always bring sex into these things?"
"Because it lightens the mood," Tae smiled then leaned in and kissed the younger's neck.
Jung brought his head forward and he stared at his hyung for a little bit before sighing, "I don't think moving in here would be a bad thing."
"So....what I'm hearing," Tae let his arms wrap around the younger's body, "is that you like the idea of being alone with me."
Jung Kook rolled his eyes then lightly pecked Tae's lips, "That's not a bad idea either."
The older boy smiled then picked Jung's feet up off the floor just enough to turn them around and go inside his bedroom.
He threw the younger on to his bed and crawled up to hover over him, "I have an important question."
"What?," Kookie lightly grabbed the fabric of Tae's baggy shirt.
"Do you think...no....are you open to the idea of....me pleasuring you?"
"Huh?," the younger blushed, "Why would you want to do that?"
"Because," Tae let his fingers sweep across the latter's cheek, "You're adorable....plus, I want to know what you sound like."
"Tae!," Jung pulled on his hyung's shirt, making it cover his own blushing face.
The older chuckled lightly then smiled to himself, "I'm serious though. You wouldn't resent me for it, would you?"
"No, but.....Tae, I don't know if I'm comfortable with all of that."
"I know. I wouldn't ever force you. But, I just wanted to know...for future reference," he grinned as Jung Kook uncovered his face.
"You look so cute when you smile," the younger pouted, "Why can't I do that?"
"You can," Tae reassured him, "But your best smiles are when you're sleepy. You don't really think about what you look like and you just smile."
Kookie put his arms around Tae neck and pulled him down closer, "Nice save."
"Not a save," Tae lightly kissed him, "Just the truth."
Tae leaned back in for another kiss, one he was determined to make last longer.
After about thirty seconds, someone started to knock on the front door.
At first, Tae was just ignoring it and continued leaving small kisses on Jung Kook's neck and jawline.
Then, when the knocking was obviously not going to stop, he tore himself away from the latter, sighing.
"Sorry, Kookie. I'll be right back," Tae smiled as he got up, "Don't move," he jokingly threatened.
"Okay," Kookie laughed and watched him leave.
Tae made his way down the hall and around the couch to the door.
He opened it, not even caring who it was. It could be Jimin and he still might tell them to come back later.
"Hey, it's la-," he stopped when he saw them, "Hyung?"
"Hey, TaeTae," Yoon Gi lightly waved, just holding up his hand.
"What are you doing here?," Tae leaned against the door.
"I came back to visit mom and I saw that you walked over with Jung Kook. I heard about your dad too. It's a good thing that no one was hurt."
"Besides him, but, look hyung.....why are you showing up at my doorstep?"
"Because I wanted to see you," Yoon Gi lightly smiled.
Tae didn't smile back, in fact, he turned around and made sure Jung Kook wasn't behind him. Sometimes that kid could be a ninja.
When Yoon realized that Tae Hyung didn't want to see him he sighed, "I'm sorry, for what it's worth. I shouldn't have done that to you."
"No, you shouldn't have. Something we can agree on," Tae crossed his arms.
"Yeah....um....I won't be in town for another few months maybe. If you ever feel like talking about it, you know where I'll be," Yoon Gi nodded before slowly backing off the porch.
Tae shut the door and locked it, hoping that Yoon Gi wouldn't come back like the last time.
