"Tae Hyung!," Jimin's angry voice came from outside their hotel room door.
Tae smiled at Jung Kook, who lightly laughed.
They weren't going to answer the door. They were still in the middle of...some stuff.
"Tae Hyung! I know you're in there!," Jimin hit his fist against the door a few times.
"Shh," Kookie put a finger over his lips, letting his back arch off the bed a little.
"Hey, Tahyunggie," Jimin's voice was a whine now, "You're supposed to protect Kookie, not defile him."
Tae looked down to the younger and grinned, "You don't mind, do you?"
"No," Jung Kook reached up and put his hand on Tae's shoulder before pulling him down into a kiss.
When the four students met up for lunch, Jimin stared at Tae Hyung the entire time.
He wasn't angry, but he was kind of appalled. Tae could just do that to Jimin's friend, which felt weird because they were all friends.
"Jiminnie," Tae sighed when Kookie got up to get something, "If you keep staring at me with so much hate, you're going to make me drop dead."
"But he's our little Kookie, our maknae. It's weird to think that he'd even consider participating in something so vile."
"It's not vile," Tae pointed to him, "You two do it all the time; what's the difference?"
"Three years," Jimin whispered a split second before Jung Kook sat back down.
"Three years of what?," Jung asked.
"Piano lessons," Ho Seok saved the both of them, "Yoon Gi said he learned for three years."
"Hyung, I can talk about Min-hyung, but just not about what....used to be."
"Oh," Ji Min blinked a few times, "That's good Kookie. Maybe it'll get easier as time goes on."
"Yeah. Hopefully," Kookie sighed, "Anyways, Nam Joon hyung texted me. He said we should come back to the company building."
"Really? Why?," Ji Min took the younger's phone as he held it out.
"He didn't tell me that part. So it could be pointless as all hell," Kookie laughed and looked down to his plate.
"Jin hyung isn't here," Ho Seok slightly panicked, "What do we do?"
"Tae slap him," Jimin pointed to his friend.
Tae rolled his eyes then put his arm around the younger. He pulled Jung Kook into a kiss, then bit down on Kookie's bottom lip.
"Ow!," Jung Kook pulled away.
"Watch your mouth," Tae smirked.
When they looked back, Ji Min was starting to look angry again.
"Hello," Ho Seok walked up to the front desk at Big Hit, "We're looking for our friend, Kim Nam Joon. Do you know where he is right now?"
"Ah, yes," she stood up and leaned over her desk, "He's in Studio Four," she pointed to the hallway they walked down yesterday.
"Thanks," Ho Seok walked back to his boyfriend.
Ji Min noticed that the woman was flirting, so he latched on to Hoseok's arm. He made sure that girl saw, too.
They walked down until they got to the door with a silver 4 near the top.
They knocked quietly, but all at once.
Nam Joon opened the door with a smile, "Hey guys. Don't do that."
"What? What happened to you?," Ho Seok laughed.
"Someone's inside waiting for you four," he stepped to the side, letting them file in.
"Hello," they each greeted the unfamiliar face when they came into the room.
"Hello," he smiled to them, "Are you enjoying Seoul?"
A couple "Yeah"s and a "Very much" were heard from the visitors.
"Well, allow me to introduce myself. I'm Shin Joo Young. I'm a talent scout."
Jung Kook grabbed Tae's hand and swallowed hard.
"Nam Joon let me listen to your recordings from yesterday and he showed me the video of Ho Seok dancing," Shin continued, "Long story short, we'd be glad to have you all work here."
"What?," Jimin's jaw dropped.
"Seriously?!," Kookie looked up to Tae Hyung.
"Really," Shin nodded, "So, you can think about it and tell Nam Joon when you decide. I understand that you have to go back to Ilsan tonight."
"Yeah, that's starting to suck now," Ho Seok laughed.
"Well," Nam Joon came up to stand beside Jimin, "I do it every other weekend, so it's not so bad."
"What do you on the weekends you're not here?," Jung Kook asked.
"My day job," the teacher replied, "Anyways, I wanted to congratulate you guys. Shin's hard to impress," Nam Joon gestured to the man in front of them, "So you're really good since you caught his attention."
On the car ride back home, Jung Kook couldn't stop staring at Tae Hyung. He didn't know why, but he just couldn't look away.
He was thinking a lot. Mostly about the offer, but also about how it would affect their relationship, and Jimin's as well.
Tae started to rub his eyes, which he wasn't supposed to do anymore, so Kookie reached over and stopped him by holding his hand.
Once again, Jimin and Ho Seok were asleep in the back seat. Jimin was laying across Hobi's lap again and, again, he wasn't completely asleep.
"Kookie," Ji Min reached out and touched a mark on the younger's arm, "What's that?"
"Uh, nothing," Kookie smiled to himself.
Ji Min looked again and saw a similar mark further up Jung's arm and then one on his neck, "Tae Hyung."
"I got carried away. I'm sorry," Tae sarcastically apologized.
Ji Min rolled over and tried to go back to sleep, which was easy when Ho Seok laid his hand on Ji Min's cheek.
"Don't let your mom see those Kookie," Hobi laughed a little before closing his eyes again.
"Listen to hyung," Tae smiled, "He's keeping me alive with that advice."
"Momma wouldn't kill you," Kookie laughed, "she loves you almost as much as I do."
"Almost?," Tae smiled and squeezed Kookie's hand a little tighter.
"No one can love you more than I do," Jung leaned over and kissed his boyfriend's cheek.
Tae smiled and lightly rolled his eyes, "So cheesy."
Jung Kook shrugged. He didn't care if it was cheesy; he loved Tae.
